Xiao Xie, the receptionist at the hotel, was extremely responsible in ensuring the privacy of my room; when someone delivered something to my room, he kept verifying the situation with me, and the room's cleanliness was also satisfactory; the hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. Excellent service and a cleaner place to stay I will recommend 10 out of 10 to the staff and the hotel also.

I booked the room after seeing the photos on Trip.com, but the actual size was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures. The staff were not very helpful, as I did not know the local language and had to use a translator app to communicate with them. Despite this, they seemed to avoid me. I later learned that the room sizes shown in the photos are not the actual sizes. It was also quite noisy at night, as the hotel was on the second floor of a building with around seven floors, and people were working on the upper floors. I was not very happy about the noise and had disturbed sleep, especially around midnight and early in the morning. Attached is the entrance to the hotel by elevator. The one on the left side.

A budget accommodation near Huaqiangbei. The location allows you to experience the lively atmosphere of Huaqiangbei even late at night. The best part was having a washing machine and detergent available for personal use. However, since there’s a washing machine, many long-term foreign workers also stay here. Around 5 a.m., I was woken up by men—possibly South Asian or Middle Eastern—shouting and talking loudly in the hallway. That’s partly their fault, but the rooms also have no soundproofing at all. On top of that, cigarette smoke kept drifting in, which was unpleasant. If you just need a place to crash after staying out late, it’s okay for that purpose. But don’t expect real comfort beyond that. Oh, and you’ll definitely need earplugs—though even with them, you’ll still hear a lot of noise.

小陈 - our staff really good, Xiǎo Chén girl staff Friendly Staff, Great Value and Highly Recommend for Budget Travelers! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodatin they let us check in two hours early(at no extra charge) and due to the typhoon even gave us a discount when we had to extend our stay. The service is excellent: they provided everything we needed, including a fridge upon request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC that works well (which helped reduce the smell of smoke in the hallway). The shower, bathroom, and all amenities were in good condition. The hotel is quiet and feels safe, making it a great choice for woman with child. The location is perfect just a short walk from 4 metro lines, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. If you're visiting Shenzhen on a budget but still want good quality, this is a great choice! They even provide free water, and the elevator makes it convenient for luggage. The only minor issue is that smoking is allowed in some areas, but the strong AC helps reduce the smell. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would definitely return! Everyday provide: 0,5 water, tooth brush, toothpaste, comb and cleaning They are really honest, accidentally due to poor internet connection, money was withdrawn 3 times, and they told me that and made back transactions

There are food courts and four subway lines near the hotel, so the transportation is very convenient. The hotel rooms are chain quality and very clean. I am very grateful to the handsome guy at the front desk for helping me send the leftover items back.🎐🎐

Handy location close to Yannan Metro Station, shops and restaurants. However, it is in a building which appears to have freight storage facilities on the upper floors, and after check-in, you have to go around the corner to the elevator which is shared with multiple workers going up and down with trolley's of goods. The room was small and old, but was reasonably clean, with a kettle, good air-conditioning and bottled water. The bathroom was very small, and although the shower water was hot, you just about had to sit on the toilet to get wet! The room was cleaned each day. The walls were very thin (as I could clearly hear the people in the next room).

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite comfortable. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to hotels, but from my experience, there were no issues that caused any discomfort. The room and bathroom were clean, and everything was well-maintained. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit small, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. However, if you're mainly looking for a clean and quiet place to rest, this hotel does the job well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
