Friendly Staff, Great Value and Highly Recommend for Budget Travelers!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodatin they let us check in two hours early(at no extra charge) and due to the typhoon even gave us a discount when we had to extend our stay.
The service is excellent: they provided everything we needed, including a fridge upon request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC that works well (which helped reduce the smell of smoke in the hallway). The shower, bathroom, and all amenities were in good condition. The hotel is quiet and feels safe, making it a great choice for woman with child.
The location is perfect just a short walk from 4 metro lines, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. If you're visiting Shenzhen on a budget but still want good quality, this is a great choice! They even provide free water, and the elevator makes it convenient for luggage.
The only minor issue is that smoking is allowed in some areas, but the strong AC helps reduce the smell. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would definitely return!
Everyday provide: 0,5 water, tooth brush, toothpaste, comb and cleaning
They are really honest, accidentally due to poor internet connection, money was withdrawn 3 times, and they told me that and made back transactions

There are food courts and four subway lines near the hotel, so the transportation is very convenient. The hotel rooms are chain quality and very clean. I am very grateful to the handsome guy at the front desk for helping me send the leftover items back.🎐🎐

Handy location close to Yannan Metro Station, shops and restaurants. However, it is in a building which appears to have freight storage facilities on the upper floors, and after check-in, you have to go around the corner to the elevator which is shared with multiple workers going up and down with trolley's of goods. The room was small and old, but was reasonably clean, with a kettle, good air-conditioning and bottled water. The bathroom was very small, and although the shower water was hot, you just about had to sit on the toilet to get wet! The room was cleaned each day. The walls were very thin (as I could clearly hear the people in the next room).

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite comfortable. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to hotels, but from my experience, there were no issues that caused any discomfort. The room and bathroom were clean, and everything was well-maintained.
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit small, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. However, if you're mainly looking for a clean and quiet place to rest, this hotel does the job well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Chain 8! The environment is outstanding – clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Yannan Metro Station (Gate C), making transportation super easy. There are plenty of eateries and shops right outside, which made exploring the area so convenient.ff
A special thanks to the lady at the front desk – she was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Worth with the promoted price, room is clean and cleaner will come for room service eveyday. Location is good as surrounded by lot of food stalls and restaurant, mtr station c exit is just a fee minutes walking distance

The hotel room is very clean, and the environment is okay, but the elevator is very inconvenient. The nearby transportation is very convenient. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, is very enthusiastic and willing to help.
