Nice hotel if you consider the price,it well located near to a big shopping mall and the metro station. I chose this hotel for it location and convenience transportation.

Location is very good. Hotel room is just fine. Price is ok. They have a spa downstairs, good price point as well. I can come back

This hotel is at an excellent location, which is at the Exit of GuoMao. The reception is very helpful. The only drawback of this hotel, it is too old. With this type of decoration and design, it is not worth the price it is charging. Everything is so old and the are scratches on the room walls, other things are half torn. This hotel requires instant renovation, don't just take advantage of the convenient location.

Kai Li's location is excellent. It is located at a busy street junction with other hotels and many nice restaurants and a mall. The hotel staff is polite and efficient.

No in house breakfast ever since Covid but at least hotel tie with outside cafe with coupon n that’s commendable

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, but it has become quite run down due to a lack of maintenance. While the location is great, being right next to the metro, this will be my last stay as there are many new and better properties available at more competitive rates.

Pros: good location, proper bathroom walls and door, refrigerator provided, room size Cons: no coffee or tea bags provided, non working tv and wifi, plus most importantly NO HOT WATER for showering which is the absolute deal breaker! Water was at most lukewarm even after letting it run as advised (the only totally unhelpful "solution" provided by the hotel), had to shiver through three days of cold showers despite it being summer time, luckily no kids with us this trip and really cannot imagine what it'd be like in colder seasons!

3 star hotel, but the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is near Guomao Metro, a short distance away. It has big rooms but the furnitures and fixture are run down.

Nice location , service , good condition room. And in Hotel have Big Spa with sauna.
