The hotel is located about 7-10mins walk from train station. It’s a proper walkway so it’s very safe. The room space we booked was huge. It’s clean and tidy. They provided all the basic amenities. We booked room with a bathtub which is clean and big. Although they don’t have laundry facilities, there’s a nearby self laundry- about 10mins walk. A lot of restaurants nearby too. The downside of the hotel is that there’s a building construction in front of the hotel so it could be noisy. The soundproofing of the room is not the best, you’ll hear car honks even when your room is located at high floor. But overall, it was a good stay.

We spent 3 nights here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. What we loved most was the soothing classical music that played when we entered the room – such a unique and healing touch! It made our stay peaceful and relaxing after busy days exploring Shenzhen. Thank you for giving us such a perfect experience. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! 🥰

This was our favourite apartment over our 70 days trip. The local community around the hotel was great to explore.
We travelled the 10-15 minutes into the centre of ShenZhen several times with ease.
The robot deliveries to our room became normal and extremely convenient after a day or two.

The facility was really good, only trouble was getting down to get the food order. And also request staff every time to access the lift to go to our hotel room floor. Other than that, room spacious, great view, and room in clean and good. Also does daily house keeping well

Room was comfortable and spacious and clean enough. Nothing really mind blowing about the place and the staff didn’t speak English at all. Not even the receptionist. Meaning, not a single word. However for one night it was a decent stay.

We got excellent expreiences here. My daughter asked to stay more days here from 1 day planned and we stay 3 days finally.
Next if we go to Shenzhen this place will be the first choice. The staff very helpful.

The staff is very helpful, the staff also helps us as foreigners to ask about the route to get to our destination, highly recommended for foreigners who want to go to Shenzhen for the first time, the hotel room is clean, we stayed this hotel for three days and very satisfied 🥳😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
