Clean hotel, it seems like after renovating. Very pleasant staff, I ordered the wrong room type and they made upgrade for us) it was very nice. There are a lot of birds singing in the morning (it was surprise for me). Location is good, 20 min walk to Upper hills, 10 min to park.

Nice room in the centre of the city. Close to the metro station, park. It is walkable distance from the Contemporary Art Museum, Civic centre square and shopping mall. Good value for money.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel! The room was big and cozy. The breakfast is a McDonald's coupon, which is right beside the hotel; it was good enough for me. Walking distance from the metro station, I can easily commute to where I want to go.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was really friendly and helpful, when I arrived somehow there was staff by the road who helped me carry the bags and when I was leaving they helped again for which I'm really grateful. The room is very nice and spacious, cleaned every day. I made purchases on taobao and they arrived to hotel with no issues. The location is pretty good, metro is very close but you could even walk around Futian district on your own. One station away is underground mall with a lot of food places. Unfortunately no Family mart nearby (one metro station away) but there's a small 7 11 in the metro station.

Great hotel, great location. We got a suite-like room, that could actually sleep about 5 ppl. There was a double bed, a sofa double bed, and another sofa single bed. The place was clean, spacious and very well maintained. Love it that the shower area and toilets are 2 separate sections. The staff there were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is located to the side of the complex. There's a McDonald's right downstairs, and other eateries. Just a very short walk to the metro station, you can exit through B1 and walk about 300m to get to the hotel.

Room had a musty smell. Air conditioning was good which is a plus. Staff were very friendly. Location is okay. For the price, it was acceptable.

This a real review from Italy. This hotel was great, not easy to find as it's on a street where cars can't go in but definitely great. Best hotel I have been in China for the mone, big spacious Rooms, good internet, good ACz soaps and everything you need Super close to the metro. They allowed me to check in early and literally saved my life.

Family room doesn’t have any view from windows, just wall 2 meters behind. There is no fridge, no any hooks for towels in the bathroom. The doors between the toilet/bathroom and living room just a movable partition, not the door in usual meaning. But the staff is a very responsive! 5 points to staff. They give us a free room for several hours the we was waiting for our room and kindly asked any questions and fulfilled all possible wishes.

All is good. Just some guests smoke in the room which is not nice. The room ist a bit dark…

Excellent service, very attentive and efficient. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed and great location.

Some staff speaks english, other uses translate apps, the hotel is behind a mall of sorts. Easy to order food to the room, unfortunately didnt know where the air conditioning control panel was until I was checking out since its quite small and installed inside the wall. Other than that only thing that was odd for me was that I received room service when I had my room on DND as I didn't want it. None the less, a good stay especially for the price.

The staff (Yang) were very kind, helped us a lot for the booking. They even found back something we lost in the toxi ! Best hotel in She zen
