The micro appartement has a pretty good location in the city with a small supermarket in the same building. The appartment is equipped with everything necessary (except toilet paper and kitchen stuff) but it had not much to do with „luxury“. Both kitchen and bathroom were pretty come down and very dirty. The bathroom had a leaking tap, was full of moldy silicone and rugged down furniture (like the rest of the appartement cabinets). Also the mattress is a cheap and rather uncomfortable one. We did not get the instructions how to enter the appartement in advance, so we had a very circumstantial conversation via trip-chat, Email and WeChat for one hour with the hotel company until we finally got the necessary infos. At the end of our 3-day stay we could not use luggage storage (if existent) as we never received an answer how to do that. Instead I got a message on the last day (of course after already leaving the appartement) that we can check out for free later if we give a five star rating. Maybe that is the reason for the good rating we took as a basis for booking.

It was such a comfortable stay , you have the projector infront of you where you can watch movies while sitting on the sofa or bed , there is washing machine as well. The owner is very nice.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Its location is really good, close to metro stations and convenience stores. If you're a foreigner who can't speak Chinese it could be a little bit difficult to find the entrance and tell the guard you're staying there, but with a translator app in your phone you're OK. Chinese people are so friendly and always eager to help. The apartment was clean, with decent room space and nice decoration. The only thing that could improve was the bathroom, especially the door, which needed some maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience as a westerner.

The location is superb. 5 mins walk to the heart of Futian district and CBD. Next to subway station. It is a studio in a condo mansion, no need to worry about privacy. The online butler service is also efficient and convenient.

預訂後才留意到是民宿不是酒店，沒有前台，要用微信加酒店管家，自行網上登記入住，用密碼開門，個人不太喜歡。 位置方便， 地鐵站兩分鐘直達。樓下附近有小型便利店。房內空間大，投影的影視平台好像已登入會員？可免費看電影。 但房內設施較舊，洗手間好像也不算很乾淨， 床舖感覺反而算乾淨。 雖然房間不太適合我，但房價確是便宜。
