Our stay here was very pleasant. Its location is really good, close to metro stations and convenience stores. If you're a foreigner who can't speak Chinese it could be a little bit difficult to find the entrance and tell the guard you're staying there, but with a translator app in your phone you're OK. Chinese people are so friendly and always eager to help. The apartment was clean, with decent room space and nice decoration. The only thing that could improve was the bathroom, especially the door, which needed some maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience as a westerner.

The location is superb. 5 mins walk to the heart of Futian district and CBD. Next to subway station. It is a studio in a condo mansion, no need to worry about privacy. The online butler service is also efficient and convenient.

地理位置極其優越，就在崗夏北地鐵站8號口邊上，入住手續便捷。出行方便。生活也十分便利，樓下有便利店 周邊吃飯，商場都很多。 建議：1）傢俱增加書桌，否則對我們出差人事來説，用沙發茶几辦公，太費頸椎。2）衣服掛建議總數量增加到五個其中兩個最好的帶褲夾的那種襯衫衣掛。3）抽油煙機的回止閥需要更換，到飯點煙道油煙串味很厲害，需要開抽油煙機才能止住煙道油煙飄進來。

如果可以提早通知要在WeChat 上做申請會較為好， 因為直接到門口卻沒有前口幫忙入住,所以在悶熱的天氣下等待🥲 其他方面都很好，環境服服，都好接近卓悅中心，非常方便😊

房間好舒適 地點超方便 整體好好，真心不錯的選擇。

位置很好，崗夏站B出口直行就是 樓下就係卓越中心，應有盡有 房間超大，佈置時尚 期待下次住別的房型

一開始要佢打電話搵我哋，記住聽電話。近卓悅avenue，位置算做易搵。入到去空間大，有家嘅感覺，有雪櫃，洗衣機，有廚房，有微波爐。毛巾就用一次性嘅。星期六就貴少少 平日都係3百幾，同樣價位大過好多酒店。
