Very great service at the front desk. We asked for extra blanket, which was delievered to our room promptly although it's at night time. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious and with wide range of choices.

Good experience! Good location for cruisers and ferry passengers! With nice view. Small room enough for solo traveller. Clean room. Useful amenities. Friendly staff! Recommended!

Be aware that this hotel is in the 8th floor of the cruise centre. The taxi driver didn’t know where it was when we arrived at about 1am, and it was all closed, so you have to go into the cruise centre from the basement. If you are getting the ferry it’s really handy though. If you are not getting a ferry I really wouldn’t bother with this hotel as it isn’t great. No windows in room, kind of like being in a submarine, and you can’t smoke anywhere, no balconies or anything. I guess that’s ok if you don’t smoke, Very difficult to get in or out at night  as far as I could see as you have to go through the cruise centre to get out, and if it’s closed it’s kind of awkward. The floor was wet in the bathroom and the rooms are very small and claustrophobic. However, as I said, excellent if you are getting a ferry the next morning. Better to arrive earlier than we did as it wouldn’t  be so confusing,

Excellent hotel. Very clean, great if you are catching the early ferry to HK Airport. It is right in the cruise terminal.

Perfect hotel if you have to travel to Hong Kong by ferry: the hotel and the ferry terminal are in the same building, just different floor. Free parking for car and possibility to charge the electric car (not free)

This is an excellent hotel for location, service and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good with superb views too (pictured). My only gripe is that the gym was only open from 19:00 to 22:00. A morning session would be a positive addition for many people. Being able to leave luggage at reception was a real bonus and gave me time to enjoy SeaWorld and other parts of Nanshan.

I always book this hotel when I’m flying out of Hong Kong. The location is exactly at the ferry to get me to the airport. Super convenient. The room is nice and the customer service is great. I slept like a baby. The breakfast options needs work though. I didn’t like it at all. The options were slim.

Very nice hotel. I choose the ocean view room the room is quite big and my bed face the ocean. The breakfast buffet is acceptable too.

Very convenient for going to Macau by ferry. The hotel is just above the ferry terminal.

This was a gem of a hotel although the rooms are only a modest size. So if you have a lot of luggage you may find it very cramped. However it is quiet and comfortable and right next to the ferry terminal to HK International Airport - which was my main requirement. Note: this hotel is not easy to find for a first timer, especially if you’re not a native Mandarin speaker :) PS the breakfast was a good spread and full of variety.

So when we arrived at 7:30pm at night after booking the city view family room, they did not have the room ready, and gave us a room without this window because they wanted to hurry. They said we can have late check out at 2pm, however on check out day we had went out beforehand and the card keys did not work, the maid would also not let us in the room, that contained our important items. Empty promises. I feel the hotel is very nice, very clean, but very amateur service.

Got here late but service was great. Ended up going out to get some food at a local store due to the time. Was really handy for getting the ferry to Hong Kong airport the next morning. Would use again!
