The rooms in this place are very spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Very spacious room but 10mins walk from metro. Luckily it was easy to get a taxi near hotel

Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one. The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter. The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require. Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports. Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food. The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.

Decent and affordable place a little out of the center. 10 minute walk to Xiangmihu Metro Station and 20 minute walk to Coco Park. 5 minute walk down the street at Xinwen Road there's a Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 85, Mannings and other restaurants.

雖然這所公寓不是太新，但這間公寓服務員（小賴，小陈，小刘及執房阿姨）誠實有禮，簡直值得一讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻從check in 到深夜多次叫了**安排機械人送上房間，他們的服務員都是親切、有禮待人的，直到退房後酒店服務員發現客人有物件遺留房間，客服主動通知客人取回物件）👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻簡直是超班的服務💯深深令客人留下窩心的印象👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻所以這所公寓值得推介，下次來深圳一定是我首選的公寓😁

酒店房間很大，廁所有二個較為方便，但是配套一般，連最基本的荼包及咖啡都不能供應。附近亦買不到荼包。因地鐵過遠，出入都是打車比較方便。入住房型為4人房間，但是只準備了2人拖鞋，紙巾也不多，但是可以問前台職員索取。最為方便是有送餐機械人，叫外賣十分方便。可以問酒店索取餐具及碗碟，但碗碟十分污糟，需要自己清洗乾淨才可使用。前台職員十分有善，退房後亦安排寄存行李，遺漏了物品幸好有酒店職員職員小劉及小韋，細心放入寄存行李，(連我自己都遺忘了)真是太感謝小劉及小韋。

房間勁大，服務勁好，房間整潔，前台小哥勁有禮貌，非常主動幫忙，最緊要識講廣東話，聽得明我哋講咩，勁helpful 😊

看中有廚房 方便做飯 就訂了下來 酒店是相對比較舊了 不過還好 還能接受 可是設施保養方面有待改善 我們住的是1401號房 燒水壺壞了 飯桌上的燈有一盞也壞了 沒亮 而且不知道是客廳的電視壞了 還是遙控器的問題 開不了

位置距離福田中心區很近，打車十分鐘以內就到了。 是安靜的住宅區。 有廚房 雙衛浴 大冰箱 很方便 在16 樓 景觀普通，臥室有一個窗勉強看到中心區
