So, to be clear, I've stayed there a few times before, and this time, I ended up being completely bitten up by bed bugs. Not a single inch of my body was spared from my ankles right to my head. So they said they wouldn't shrink their responsibility, but no one ever got back to me. I was told the manager would speak to me.The next day, they never got back in contact with me. I had to call the trip.com and ask for help with this problem they got me a new room with a rusted chair, and the bed was not even. It's been almost 5 days now. And no one has even checked to make sure that everything was ok for me in the end. I had to go to the hospital and get medication as the itching was really bad.

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's fully equipped, the washing machine is really useful. They clean the room everyday, also providing water, which is really nice. The bed is comfortable and the isolation is good.

The hotel is still new and has beautiful rooms very clean. There is a mall near by and a beautiful garden for walks. Overall I loved it I will comeback ❤️

Apartment was fine but parts of it was quite dirty and not cleaned. Underneath the water basin was some toiletries that wasn't cleared, probably by previous visitor. Table was also quite sticky

Location is very peaceful and clean. A bit far from downtown but it’s good if you travel for conferences.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and friendly. The location is a little away from Baoan centre but you can always take a taxi. The location is in a newly built area where the massive convention centre is situated. It's a very quiet area so little life is present. It's a nice place to relax away from the busy areas.

位置特別好！就在會展中心旁邊 過個人行天橋就到了！這個新區好漂亮！晚上在河邊散步小風吹着很舒爽。四五月份植物都鬱鬱葱葱的 小區裏每天都有人修剪花草 緊鄰hilton大酒店 我定的價格一晚上才100rmb多點兒 這也太值了！
