An ideal place for family stay. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel has a kids playground that is quiet most of the times we went. Roomis spacious and facilities are sufficient for longer period stay. Location is near to subway and within walking distance to many parks, eateries and misc shops. Front desk staff Hannah is friendly and helpful and always fast in answering any questions or needs via wechat. A few aspects that are a little disappointing: breakfast only comes with 2 pax included and if you have more adults you gotta pay quite a sum for the not so attractive breakfast. Coffee in breakfast is horrible but luckily there's a Starbucks nearby. The lift is fast but there are too many levels sharing the 2 lifts and you have to be patient often. Gym is big but none of the lockers in female changing room is working.

the apartment was spacious and had many amenities including a full stocked kitchen with utensils suitable for a long-term stay. It felt like a normal apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable for our family, well equipped, good views from the balcony, the area is nice and quiet. It felt like being at home rather than at a hotel. The breakfast could be more varied but it was ok.

I have been going to this serviced apartment more than 10 times over the last few years - whenever I travelled to Shenzhen Bay/ Shekou areas of Shenzhen. Noticeably, their service has been deteriorating this year - people at the reception are not helpful nor friendly; also things in the apartments are broken down more often .... heater not working, no hot water for bath in winter etc. Certainly, I will consider another place to stage next time. There are plenty of choices at the rate they are charging.

Nearby the Shekou Ferry terminal around 10mins taxi. Staff is super friendly and helpful, room is very clean and very spacious. Washing machine dryer in the room, oven and microwaves available too! Have a subway station nearby too!

Everything is fine except the wifi and TV not working. Also hotel didn’t give me a receipt when I requested.
