A short walk from Airport East metro station, room equipment are all very new, and there is free bus service to the airport.

Offered ride from airport even during midnight flight arrival, staff provide proper direction for pick up. The room was clean, and it was a good stay for transit.

the only thing I don't like is.. I can only give 5 stars to this hotel. we are foreigners who can't speak Chinese. the owner came to pick us up 2 times at the airport but we couldn't find each other. the hotel was clean and neat. the room was beyond our expectations, small but well-established. Great service. Great value. Highly recommended.we were delighted with our stay. see you next time!!

New, and good for a day rest before next morning flight. Walking distance to airport east mrt is around 15 mins. Can take mrt to bao an zhong Xin mrt where there are mall. Breakfast is available from 4am and the spread is sufficient for a good meal before the flight. The hotel provide bus service every hour to shenzhen International Airport. Overall it is a good price package.

We got upgraded since the originally booked room was too small. Very good service.

We booked this to make our long airport layover more pleasant and were promised an airport pick up. We were delayed a bit on the border and they then said they wouldn't provide pick up anymore, and suggested taking a taxi, but we didn't have the local currency. The hotel is not reachable by walking or public transport from the airport, so hardly an airport hotel! We then asked for even a partial refund as we weren't able to come at all, which they completely refused. Can't speak to cleanliness or amenities, so neutral rating.

Clean and close to the airport. Checking in and out is fast and without hassle

The room is small but clean. I arrived at 11am and was very tired and the reception let me checked in early. It was a definitely a big deal to me . The location is near to airport and it has a free shuttle to airport which made it convenient

Good stay for overnight in Shenzhen! 15min taxi from airport. Don’t know schedule of shuttle as I did not want to waste time. 80% of breakfast is chinese food. They do have bread with jam, donuts and coffee.

A very convenient hotel to catch an early morning plane. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

Super clean, super comfortable. Very friendly help from the staff. Easy to get access to the main places to go. Free shuttle bus to Shenzhen airport T3 terminal. I Will recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel provides transportation to airport, very convenient.

The room and the facilities were complete and spacious. The pickup service was terrible. Although the shuttle was supposed to pick up from the airport every hour, I encountered a no-show and a waste of 40+ min of my time, despite double checking the vehicle number and patrolling the airport pick-up location. (I only saw shuttles for other hotels.) Fortunately, return transport to the airport was provided on the said vehicle. Overall, service was poor because the hotel staff did not even apologize for failing to deliver. It might have been better not to advertise the complimentary pickup service.
