Tak excellent service, good and spacious room, comfortable beds. Very good location. Friendly personale. Many shopping options and restaurants aroud in walking distance.

Convenience traffic, many nice food shops near around. Free upgraded the room.

The room is spacious. The view is soso. Not far from the nearby shopping malls. The hotel is right above a subway station

It was an awesome experience. I've been booking this hotel for the last 11 months. If you visit Shenzhen and you have things near Sea World(Shekou), it's definitely your stay. I would like to mention something recently they are not really very very detailed in the booking I booked city view, they gave mountain view. In exchange for that, I happen to get the upgrade. But I liked the service they are great, they upgraded my room.

If you are traveling lately (Oct 2024), you should be aware the entrance is at the Grade Hotel lobby. The reception is on the 11th floor once you get out of the elevator go left. (There is no major sign in the elevator). The hotel is a hidden gem. The location is amazing, close to great restaurants and attractions and it's right on top of a mall. Plenty of food downstairs and nearby, yet the room is super quiet, and clean (it's on 10th, 11th, and 12th floor). The water pressure is amazing, and you can use voice control (if you know Chinese, I haven't tried English) to control the curtain, and lights, etc. The room is clean, both in the bathroom and the bed. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful and polite. Oh, the internet is fast, too. With the price it's truly a hidden gem. Will revisit.

the locatio is perfect, check in easy, the rooms all have a nice view . the rooms have everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and everything is perfect for an easy stay.

My go to place to stay in Shekou. Next to metro station line 2 shui wan. I only stay in their king bed panoramic city view. Staff do not speak English but very helpfull. The breakfast is worth the $ 2 (i think this is the price since mine was already included in my room rate). New modern building with fantastic high pressure rain-fall shower. but beware as with allmost all 3 to 4 star chinese brand hotels, eventhough smoking is not allowed in room, nevertheless, guest routinly ginore.
