After queuing up to enter the buffet breakfast restaurant, a staff member arranged to receive guests from each room to get the table, and also helped us to watch over our own table, so that we could leave our seats and get our meals together. We have never experienced such considerate and enthusiastic hotel staff before.

"Our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen was excellent! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were professional and attentive. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city easy. A great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Shenzhen!"

Great pool. Great location. Elevators are weird, since you first go up to the lobby, then have to transfer to different elevators to go back down again.

Great location, clean room and very good services. Nice breakfast and good Chinese restaurant. MTR at hotel basement, one stop to very nice shopping mall.

Great location, attentive reception who upgraded our room. But one of the staff who answered my room service call isn’t knowledgeable enough about amenities available at the indoor swimming pool, needs better training.

Room is not huge but the best and newest hotel in its vicinity. Also has an indoor pool which is great for those who liked to swim.
