Room was quite small, but we had a great time there. My parents come on the second day, and I told reception staff the day before. Staff helped me to reserve a larger room for my parents, which they felt satisfy with the room. Thank you for the arrangement.

Would like to compliment and appreciate the great services and help from the friendly staff, especially 小萬, a very helpful young man who assisted us. Thank you =)

Staff were very accommodating and room is big and nice. Only downside was the curtain on our bathroom is not working so we had to turn off the lights just to use the bathroom for privacy because the walls are see-through.

This hotel has a nice decor and clean. The lobby and room is very stylish! I have to say the front desk staff are very helpful, specially the receptionist 小青小姐! Even she can’t speak English but she tried her best to help you anyway she can! I really appreciate it very much! She shows the warm hospitality of China to all foreigners that you are welcome in China!

Room was a little disappointing as there was no view.  Only view was a wall through the window.

A bit far from Lohu station and nothing around. So difficult to get taxi near by.

It's quite a pleasant stay at this hotel commercial city shopping centre and dongmen pedestrian these famous locations are very near from this property.....overall a good deal with nice stay

The room is big and everything runs by electric however it’s all in chinese. It would be nice if there’s an english instruction. The location I might say it’s far to walk but it’s too close to the nearest market/mall by taxi.

The location is not too far from the Louhu border crossing with HK. But at a quieter side of the location. Room is ok. But the ventilation is all linked and the smoking smell is terrible when other room started smoking. For sensitive non smoker like me. Please take note. Thanks and good luck to all. One plus point: there's a free laundromat.

A very new and modern hotel with many amenities. Breakfast was also great with many fresh choices including a noodles bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the Shenzhen train station with many shops to eat and buy other things. I will give it a 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good location!

Generally a nice hotel but there was a strong smell of smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. Quite disappointed but other than that, the room provided us with what we needed.
