It had a very creative design and I liked how it had separate departments and I like the facilities there and it was very convenient since it was near many hot places and locations near Shekou.

The room was clean and well-organized, making for a cozy night. The check-in staff were incredibly sweet and helped us upgrade to a larger room. The view was beautiful, allowing me to enjoy nice tea and coffee while relaxing. I can confidently say this is the coziest hotel in Shenzhen at this price point, even after staying in more than five five-star hotels in this city.

The Hilton Shekou is located at such a nice location. The property is a resort hotel (the Nanhai Wing) in the city that’s very relaxing yet convenient for access. The hotel team is very hospitable offering a lot of extra services above expectations. Thanks to Luna for the free upgrade upon check in and also the fast check in process; Cynthia and Elowen helping with my parcel arrangements, big thanks to the team! The property is in a nice zen style that provides a calming environment for my stay. Definitely coming back again! Thanks team ♥️

We had a fantastic time at the Hilton She Kou. Our room was upgraded to a huge beautiful three balcony room with view of Shenzhen bay and Hong Kong. The rooftop bar Eden is great too! The only downside was the outdoor pool is shut for maintenance, but that was shown before we booked.

This hotel has the best front desk staff. Very friendly and fast. The seaview room is amazing! The soft and comfortable beds are perfect. The bath tub is the best part to soak in. Definitely we will book again

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in this hotel. Jason at the front desk has been very helpful and nice, he offered to extend our check out time !!Also loved the indoor swimming pool, the kids have had a wonderful time. Buffet breakfast was great and lots of variety!

They do not have Sauna!!! Ridiculous Here is breakdown: 0-5 - Location: 3.5 (if your meetings around Nanshan and Shekou you’re fine, also have many bars and restaurants nearby, but if have meetings in futian choose different hotel) - Breakfast: 2.0 (really not a good variety of foods) - Rooms: 3.5 (Choose The Wanghai Side, more newer, the Nanhai rooms smells and really old, and you need to take some cart to get there, which is super not convenient. Also choose the room with the view to the sea, otherwise money wasted) - Gym: 3.0 (Bit old, but view is nice) - No Sauna (((((( really pathetic: Big Minus!! (the told me they gave steam rooms, but you need to go to some other side of the building which is also not convenient) - Swimming pools: 4.5 (Nice swimming pools) - Staff: 3.0 (The front desk barely speaks English, okay… okay!!) Conclusion: Looks 5 star, but really not. I would not stay there again. I believe decent 5 stars should have great gym facilities and saunas, and nice breakfast varieties of food. There are better options available.

The location is great, close to a mountain and plenty of restaurants. The service was really good and they offered me a late checkout which was kind of them. I think the breakfast is okay, a lot of the food didn’t seem to be fresh.
