Pick up service from Shen Zhen North station was good, wechat always the easiest way to contact the local. Their room is clean and mini bar comes with mineral water, soda water and biscuits. Overall I’m satisfied for the 2 nights stay.

The location was okay cause it’s just a 20 mins walk from the Shenzhen North Station. BUT the room smells soooooo bad, its covered with the smell of cigarettes and the toilet also feels so humid and there’s some weird stinky smells which i think it’s from the drain I couldn’t really sleep coz i feel like im smoking cigarettes every single second. Other than the undesirable scent, I can tell that the room was really clean as you may see stains on table/ washroom I felt really awful but luckily I was just there for a night and the price was fair. i was too disgusted to take any photos of the room :D

Great hospitality

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel’s location is easy access to Shenzhen North Railway Station with free transportation provided by the hotel.

The room is clean and in a good condition. The strange thing is that the only window is in the bathroom and is a triple which makes the room rather dark during the daytime, not very suitable for work.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. It's good, and convenient if you are travelling via Shenzhen North Railway Station. Room was small, but it had everything we needed, and we didn't spend much time at the hotel anyway. Breakfast was ok. Chinese breakfast mostly, so for foreigners, don't expect western food. The location is very close to many places to eat out, and about 5min from Shenzhen North (by Didi). 

Overall I had a pleasant experience although some maintenance was carried out to the room whilst I was there which was a little frustrating. Comfortable beds but the windows don’t open at all are the rooms can get quite stuffy and difficult to change the temperature.

The hotel is good, thank you for your services. The location is also fine. ☺️

Hotel was very clean and convenient to Shenzhen north station. shuttle bus service was great.

Location is hard to find and staff is nice but they need to use translation app. Taxi drop off was far. We had to walk to find hotel with two suitcases. Not convenient near mtr. The back alley location is hard for taxis to drop off. Hotel should post a card so we have it to show taxi. Breakfast was good. Buy at the restaurant

In order room can view city . But they give me room can ‘t see city. In 100 point . I give 55 point . Small room i think 25 usd/ night ok

The hotel was nice. Everything good. They kept the luggage’s for us for free.

Big room with amazing price, free minibar, cheap breakfast and a lot of restaurants around the corner! Ordered takeaway at the end and the driver can send the food to the front desk
