location is amazing, staff is helpful, the reception is a small room opposite of the actual apartment building. it's pretty ok but having the shower almost on top of the toilet is a bit annoying considering the price. otherwise it is not bad.

Customer Service was good but no hot water, the air conditioning heater didnt work, the elevator take long time, just soso place. I think they need to improved a bit.

Hotel/homestay is quite run down. Tacky interior design. Creaky bed. Comes with a washing machine.
Its location is great. Within a few mins walk to the subway. Many varieties of food and restaurants around.

Clean and nice place, well-equiped & spacious. The location is very convenient. The roads are very wide, which is very convenient when we travel with luggage(s).

The apartment was a little old and not well maintained but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, centre of Hi-Tech Park. Easy access to public transport and in the city centre of Shenzhen.
