The hotel is nice,it has a very comfortable bed,a nice shower ,plenty of hot water and many restaurants nearby,the manager is friendly and helpful ans even knows a little English 😀

The owner is very friendly and accommodating, with flexibility on check-in and check-out times. The location is excellent, close to the train station and essential stores, though it may take some time to adjust to certain odors and the limited room space. Overall, it met my needs as a temporary transition stop, and given the price, there’s little to complain about.

Super convenient location, as it is walking distance from Shenzen north station. The bedroom looked better when we made the reservation. The lady on the reception spoke to us in chinese and expected us to understand, and didn't want to use the translator.

Close to the train station, but hard to find. Because of our heavy luggage we took a taxi for the 5min ride from the train station. The taxi dropped us off in front of the residential area, but we were not able to find the hotel with the information provided on booking. We asked at the convenience store, but they couldn't help us. We called the hotel manager and no conversation in english was possible, but we could chat in WeChat. A picture of the front door of the hotel was sent to us, but we could not find it. Finally the hotel manager picket us up in the (not so nice) street to bring us to the correct building. The manager was friendly. But the location information has to be improved!
The room was small and old. Low standard, but we knew we booked the cheapest accommodation in the area. We stayed one night as we travelled on to Hongkong the next morning.

，旁邊就是高鐵站。老闆人超好👍，還主動幫我免費升級成大床房，太貼心啦❤️

有洗衣機、近高鐵站（走路就能到，省去體驗擠地鐵擠三班都擠不上、省去體驗打滴滴被堵在路上 ── 深圳早上繁忙時間必有的情況），性價比已經很不錯的了。
有特別要求可以跟店家提，合理要求他們都能儘量滿足，這很好。

環境：周邊居民樓生活氣息好，吃飯也方便靠近地鐵站出行方便
服務：老闆娘人極為親善友好，好相處，還貼心地給我們升級了房間。
