Cozy, clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. I recommend this hotel

IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY FOR FOREIGNERS: The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the price is fine, but the check-in process is terrible. There is no reception, and everything is handled through an overloaded WeChat account managed by the people running this "hotel," who keep adding new guests without removing the previous ones. On the day of arrival, I received a message via the Trip.com app with a phone number to add on WeChat in order to get detailed instructions. For several hours before check-in, I kept trying to add the hotel’s WeChat account, but I repeatedly got the message “too many attempts,” and the request was rejected. In the end, we had to ask for help from an unfriendly doorman in the building where our apartment was located. He finally managed to reach another phone number, and through WeChat we sent photos of our passports and received the apartment number along with the code to the key locker. This kind of extreme cost-cutting in hotel management should not be accepted by Trip.com. Additionally, the address provided was incomplete; our apartment was in a huge building consisting of sections A, B, and C, so we first wasted half an hour just figuring out which part our “hotel” was in. The term “hotel” is completely misleading here—it’s actually a collection of apartments in different locations, poorly managed through a single WeChat account.

1. Location in app is different from actual apartment. You have to contact them via WeChat in order to get correct address and check in information. 2. Check in done thru a link they sent but doesn't work. The apartment security even tried helping me and it doesn't work. So, they had to manually check me in on wechat. 3. 3 lifts but only can use service lift before getting card access in room 4. There's a few 3 pin Chinese adapter so I bought that but not usable. In the end had to go to 7-11 middle of night to get 2 pin adapter. End up being locked out of the complex door. Had to go to the main apartment complex concierge at the other end, register again, go to 4th floor, walk through a garden, find my lift to go back to apartment. Direct apartment lift door closes at 12am. 5. Took photo of me checking out before leaving with key card and remote intact and they said I took their card and left. I don't even live in Shenzhen..... Location is directly below the train station and a lot of malls. But the logistics was a real pain. I would chose a proper hotel next time with an in-person concierge to avoid all these messy logistics.

Great room. Fully equipped like an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Only pity that the bed mattress is like a wooden board. Extremely hard.
