Waiting for airport shuttles for a long time. Late response. Booked a non-smoking room but got a room that smelled of cigarettes. Even if I asked to change rooms, there was still a smell. Price is based on quality.

The hotel is not big and ordinary hotel without many staff. There are a few stairs before reaching the hotel lobby. So if you are carrying big luggage, need to carry it up by yourself. No hotel staff there helping the guests. The room is not big, but just serving it's function. The toliet has no lock inside. Showering and toliet bowl in the same room, the sink is outside of toliet. It is considered a budget hotel to serve for one or two nights stay. The airport transfer is a shared shuttle bus service with a few hotels. Need to reserve early to get your seat. Breakfast in hotel is very simple, just egg, soya milk, bao, and noodle. The noodle is super hard. So only bao, egg can be eaten. Don't set high expectations. Distance to MRT Station is also not very near, but walking distance like around 10 to 12 mins, due to there are some construction along the main road to MRT.

At a few kms from the airport, with free shuttle van for pickup and drop-off, at every hour. Room is of decent size, altough no non-smoking room available. Breakfast is fully chinese and acceptable. Hi quality/ price for a late arrival or an early flight.

Convenient location, staff very friendly. Lady from reception woke me up on time and put me on the transfer to the airport.

Awful. I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. The location is ok close to the airport but the airport shuttle is awful. No help with luggage or patience from the driver who just continued to shout at us angrily as we got on the shuttle. Didn't even wait for us to sit down and just drove off angrily. So unprofessional. The room itself was gross. One bed was comfortable the other wasn't. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke and desperately needed an air purifier. Only one TV worked and they said the other was broken so couldn't be used. All chinese channels anyway. Despite having four people in a room they refused to give us more than one access card which made it incredibly difficult if one of us wanted to go outside at any time. Would never step foot anywhere near this place again.

We booked the Lanhang specifically for the large bathtub room.  The hotel is a standard Shenzhen Airport area hote- requires a taxi, Didi or airport shuttle to access the hotel.  It is basic but good value for money.  The bathtub is a nice treat.  Staff is friendly.  Breakfast is very basic.  The room is quite comfortable and we had a good night's sleep on arrival.  Again, bathtub room is great!

The room was spacious & clean, the staff were friendly and courteous and the location is close to the airport. It was easy to get a taxi outside the hotel. The room was quiet, the decor was pleasant. The shower is powerful.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus pick up from airport. Simple breakfast is also provided. Worth it for the price.
