Location is near railway station, good to stay one night for next day to take railway. Abit hard to find the reception at night as there is no guide available, have to walk around to find the entrance. Room is big enough. Toilet space is OK but toilet bowl area is relatively tight space. Washing machine is available. Good view of the railway station.

The location was outstanding, especially for travelers relying on the station. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and efficient service.

Location, location, location! Extreme convenience for us who need easy access to both MTR and high-speed railway. Nice to have washing machine in the room and elec warming rack in bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and dry the clothes in a day. Appreciate this amenity available to us travelers. When we were ready to check out, the office was locked, and there was no staff around. We pushed the room key card under the door. It would be helpful to have a locked box outside the office for us to drop off the room key/card when leaving.

Check-in was smooth. Please note that the reception is on the 17th floor. When entering the building, you can show the security the name of the apartment, they will point you to the elevators. The room has slippers, toothbrushes, towels. The bed is hard, but clean. The shower is combined with the toilet and is very very small. The room has a nasty smell, very disgusting, most likely from the sewer. We had to open the front door and window to air out the smell. There is a kitchen, but there are no utensils. So if you want to cook, you will not be able to. In general, I do not understand where such rave reviews come from. The hotel is suitable for spending one night, but I would not return.

Ok if you're just spending a night to catch a connecting train as Shenzhen North station is within walking distance. Clearly not a place to stay for much longer. Rather difficult to find as it's in a random building which you need to go up to get to the reception which is just a small room. Smells perpetually of cigarette smoke and everything is super basic. Don't have any high expectations for it but if all you need is a bed to sleep on and a shower then it meets those needs.
