Great location. Enjoyed the room spaciousness and beautiful night view from the hotel window. Clean and very efficient hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Recommended.

King size beds are impressive, and office rooms are convenient for working. But the hotel is very noisy. It's easy to hear phone conversations in adjacent rooms. And the staff doesn't mind to give you a room just next to serious and very noisy repair work happening all day long. Avoid this hotel is you look for privacy or quiet.

The location was very convenient. The service was also good. They upgraded our room category.

It is in the hearth of the city. Just right outside of Futian Metro station exit 3a. Very convenient location. Room was enormous. Furnitures were a bit old but gives you high class old school hotel room feeling. The clerks of the front desk were so helpful and friendly. It was excellent experience staying there.

Very helpful service despite only basic English communication. They even help me to install a WeChat app to book a ticket for the light show at the civic centre. That by the way is a must see! A very big luxury room including a bathroom with a rain shower. But the furniture and carpet are a little outdated and old. As well as two nearly dead cockroaches falling out of the aircon. In total it is still a good quality for the price because of the perfect location.

clean and comfortable

Very strategically location just beside MTR and in a central business district. Just the surroundings not much street food. But inside the MTR has sufficient F&B including 7-11 that you can count on (but not street foods). The hotel beds quite literally worn off. You have backaches after slept due to worn off beds. Breakfast nothing to rave about as not much and super limited choice & varieties.

Toilet have a v bad smell.

Specific feedback that the reception desk charged my card instead of block the amount of security deposit. Which eventually made it challenging at the time of check out & the manager was so unprofessional that even when asked, he didnt come out to sort the matter. Had to leave on mutual trust with the respective front manager.
