Very good location where near by the train station and very good hygiene, good service and very polite the staff .

Walking distance to my fav tourist spot Nan tou ancient city, kind spread of buffet breakfast & too bad i didn't get to use the gym and indoor pool facilities provided by the independent fitness centre here 😀 Thanks for the complimentary upgrade for a more spacious room 能步行至南头古城，早餐选择蛮多＆只可惜我没用着第三方健身房的室内泳池🤣

空調抽濕很差. 也嘈. 溫度也最多21 度. 所以房間有霉味及塵蟎. Humid room without good air-conditioner dehumidification. Insufficient evaporator low temp cause. Noisy aircon with high sensible less latent. Smelly room and itchy dust flea.

The hotel could be great with some improvements. The location is great, access to a variety of food and a subway. Breakfast is ok. The reception staff doesn't speak English so it's hard to communicate. When we ordered food online they sometimes just didn't put it into the delivery robot nor did they call the guests to at least notify them about the delivery. They don't seem to care. The pool is great and staff there is very nice. The wifi in the hotel is horrible, the tv only worked for 2 days with very bad reception. The carpet in the hotel is dirty and gives the hotel an outdated look. But the price of the hotel is affordable so ...

The location is excellent ! Close to metro where you can choose Line 1 and 3. There is a mall, reatuarant, cafe,24 hrs convenient shop. There is a large gym and 2 swimming pools. The restuarant nearby is open to 5 am [5 am.. yes!!] Over all is at 5 star hotel standard. They provide everything you need during your stay. The room and rest room are clean but the carpet smell ..old and dusty. Breakfast is good. Overall is sastified.

Exactly as it looked in the pictures! (Which is rare! XD) (Well, the carpet is a bit old and stained, but that didn't bug me). Essentially no cigarette smell. Not moldy. Surprisingly nice gym, and a nice, quite large outdoor pool area, complete with wicker seats. I very much enjoyed my stay! :)

everything is average only, nothing outstanding. Not a cost effective hotel.

Carpets need to be replaced, otherwise the hotel is a good choice for a short stay in Shenzhen. Location is convenient, lots of restaurants and the staff is very helpful.

Lovely big room with writing desk, liaise lounge and big bed - which was super comfy. The bathroom was a decent size with an excellent, powerful shower. The gym was (I think) also a commercial gym so the quality of cardio and weight machines was very good (mainly free weights with a few squat racks). The swimming pool was clean with wide swimming lanes with deck chairs and loungers available (pity the weather wasn’t better). I come to Shenzhen a lot and this was the best hotel find for value for money and location (5 minute walk to the metro and it took less than 40 minutes to get to the airport). I’d highly recommend this hotel - lovely service as well including tolerating my horrific attempts at Chinese!

I was upgraded to a huge room. However, the night I stayed was electric downed for half an hour. (a little bit scary) Overall is good. The carpet look dirty, hotel should consider updating it.

The audiovisual quality of the TV was awful. The room looks a bit old but the toilet is clean.

The worst hotel ever I stayed in China, very dirty and smelly rooms. The carpet was dirty. Western Breakfast was not fresh
