The room we booked was not available. We got an upgrade, which was nice, but sadly it was a smokers room and smelled like cigarettes. Also it wasn’t very clean. But cheap and friendly people there.

Excellent place to stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The process was very efficient. Tbe room was clean. Everything was working. Includes a fridge and washing machine. Hot water for shower was more than adequate. Many restaurants nearby and the electronics market just a short walk. Overall a pleasant experience and will stay again. Recommended.

We had such a great stay at this place! Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have. The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday. The location was quite central to many places. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!

My overall experience was okay at best. The location was very difficult to find as the listed address lead us to the wrong place, we had to spend extra to get a taxi to the actual location after we clarified with the reception. The room itself was very nice with a very good view and we slept very well. The hot water tank was not so nice where it ran out of hot water in about 5 minutes of showering.

It was a really good location, not too far from the train. The staff were nice as well. However , there were some bug problems that could be dealt with. They did assure us they would sanitize the room right away!
