The hotel building and the room match the expectations, no issues there. However the shuttle from the airport for a traveller from Europe, not speaking Chinese and not having the Chinese phone number is a nightmare. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com channel in advance, asking for the shuttle from the airport, I provided, flight information, date, number of people. But I received answer that I needed to contact the hotel (again) when I already landed in the Shenzen Airport. So, when I arrived to the Shenzen Airport I tried to contact the hotel via messaging via Trip.com, then I also called the hotel using the call the object option at the Trip.com - but a person who picked up the phone did not speak English. I tried to call them directly from my European phone number - nobody answered the phone. Eventually, - it was midnight - we asked for help a help desk at the airport - they arranged a regular taxi for us - good that we could pay in advance so we avoided a taxi scam.
At the hotel, they refused to refund the cost of the taxi saying that they did not understand English .
the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was OK, on time.
Advice - do not book there unless you speak Chinese.
