Fully paid credit card when reach in hotel they asked for payment again when showed them payment records they asked for deposit in credit card I paid them in cash after I check out they refuse to pay back my cash deposit

Located next to Happy Valley. About 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Happy Valley. Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. She made our stay comfortable. The water pressure in the toilets and showers is a little weak, but not a problem. I would stay there again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

I do not know why my bathroom smell cigarette in a strong scent. Everything is so so.

Great location if you plan to visit 欢乐谷 or Windows to the World. 5+min walk to the subway, with lots of restaurants and even a Wall Mart in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was very accommodating and even provided an upgrade to one of our rooms so we could check-in at the same time and be on the same floor. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. Will stay there again!

跟朋友來歡樂谷玩，選了這家酒店太明智了！步行8分鐘左右就能到景區，玩累了隨時能回來休息。房間雖然不大但佈置温馨，床軟硬適中，衞生也很乾凈。樓下還有美食一條街，很方便。性價比超高，推薦給來附近遊玩的朋友！

因為要到深圳歡樂谷玩，所以訂了這所酒店。 它位置很好，步行十分鐘就到歡樂谷。若有老人家就可能辛苦一點。 附近還有麥當勞和吉野家，玩完深圳歡樂谷後還可以到附近大商場(好像是益田假日商場)吃東西。

設施： 很老舊的老牌酒店，你説屋裡缺少什麼吧倒也沒有，整體還算齊全，就是都比較古舊，設施還是給了四分是因為這個酒店的位置太好了：步行到歡樂谷不到十分鐘，出門各種吃的都有，去世界之窗也就一刻鐘的路程而已，打車也方便，位置確實沒話説。 服務： 態度好，辦理入住、退房都可快了，效率很高，寄存程序也簡潔。 衞生： 還是老舊的原因直覺上不算乾淨，其實衞生還可以的。 環境： 室內沒什麼佈置，面積還算寬敞。

酒店位置比想像中遠，在華僑城站與世界之窗站中間位置。地鐵站行到酒店一段路都比較靜及黑暗，沿路只有樹木沒有商店。酒店外觀比較舊，但房間內部整潔及新淨。

房間整潔，位置優越，環境幽雅,交通便利，靠近地鐵站，周邊旅遊景點眾多。僑城Lot，文藝羣落！美食一條街，各色餐館，沃爾瑪超市，盡在周邊！

酒店位於深圳市華僑城，去歡樂谷和世界之窗非常方便，不用打車，走着去就可以了。房間內配備設施完善，衞生乾淨。酒店內有餐廳，周邊有吉野家，必勝客等好多餐飲店。

這間酒店其實比較有歷史， 但是廁所馬桶浴室都裝修了，地板都換過，所以就比較乾淨。 但是唯一 比較污糟的，就是房的地氈，比較，舊沒有更換過，好多年都沒有更換過 ，但是穿上拖鞋就沒問題了。前台的姐姐非常有禮， 非常好客， 附近呢就是大型商場，十分方便，又有沃爾瑪，購物，有角色各樣嘅餐廳，非常之方便。我們是去歡樂谷玩的，行十多分鐘就到歡樂谷了，十分方便，不用不用打車。 整體而言都十分滿意
