It is a bit old but clean, good location and the hotel upgraded us to high floor with afternoon tea for free. The tea leaves provided is good too!

Just a simple room with basic amenities though room was not ready upon check-in

The hotel is situated in a convenient location surrounded by good amenities and access to public transport. However, the property is aged and is badly in need of renovation and upgrades. The air-conditioner in my room, in particular, was not functioning at all. I left a message with the reception for the housekeeping to fix it whilst I was on my way out but she conveniently forgot about my request. Upon my return, I was patient to wait for the relevant repair personnel to come by but he was not able to resolve the problem. In the meantime, I discovered there were other problems. The toilet bowl and the air ventilator in the bathroom were also not functioning as well.In the end, they have to offer to change my room. Frankly, the air-conditioner in the "new" was not great either, but it was still better than that in the first room. Overall, I rate my stay as average as I am willing to give them some benefit of doubt because of the high volume of guests arriving on a weekend.

The location is good as it is close to all amenities and the park. The hotel is a bit old and worn out. Have not tried the restaurant as there are many outstanding restaurant mearby/

Good service and free upgrade to 23 floor. Nice views on Futian. Close by MTR and easy access to Lo Wu and Futian.

Overall is fine. The bed mattress needs upgrade to new one as it's slightly sinking down in the middle part of the bed, not comfortable.
