Room is big and clean but the air conditioner is very cold and doesn’t seem to be able to be adjusted.

Wonderful service; located near Chinese cultural park that is amazing. We visited with our grandkids.
Buffet breakfast very good.
Adjacent to good restaurant street.
In a section with parks and gardens.
Room very comfortable, large shower, great beds.
Definitely will return

It's a pleasure to be here. The room is roomy and clean. in the restaurant they provide a wide variety of food for breakfast. Good location, good client services, the metro entrance is directly across the street from the hotel. Happy and would return for my next trip to shenzhen.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.
