My stay at this hotel was far below any reasonable standard. The room itself was the first red flag: old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The bathroom drainage was so bad that the shower completely flooded the entire bathroom and even part of the hallway. This is not a small issue — it shows a lack of basic maintenance. The room also had a projector advertised as a feature, but it was practically useless since YouTube didn’t work on it at all. In reality, it was just a broken gimmick. As if the condition of the room wasn’t bad enough, the way the staff handled the situation was even more unacceptable. Instead of communicating clearly or explaining anything, they took my phone out of my hands without permission. For a long time I had no idea what they were doing with it or why. Only later I discovered that they were using my Trip.com account to message customer support pretending to be me, asking for a 20 RMB compensation. I never asked for any compensation, never wanted it, and never approved this. Using a guest’s personal device and account without consent is absolutely unprofessional and crosses basic boundaries of trust and privacy. Overall, the room was rundown, key facilities didn’t work, the bathroom drainage caused flooding, and the staff’s behavior made the experience even worse. I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before choosing this hotel.

The staffs are awesome!!! Very kind and helpful. It was a heavily rainy day with the serious typhoon. I could not find a transportation to airport because there was no bus, metro, taxi.. The staffs helped me to find other transportation and made me stay there for a while. Thanks again.

I didn’t like this room. Before I booked the same hotel. But this time with room 908 was disappointing. Bathroom need upgrade. And there was an empty kitchen. It didn’t make sense to me. I am small, so the bed was ok. If I would be higher, the beds are too small.

I checked in for the second time. Due to a change in my itinerary, I stayed for another day. I sincerely recommend this hotel! As soon as I entered the door, I felt the intimate service. The front desk checked in quickly and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. The room is well-lit, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The bathroom is clean and odorless. It's quiet and not noisy at night. There is a convenience store downstairs and many dining options around. The cost performance far exceeds expectations, and I will give priority to this place next time I come to this city!
