Gå til check-in i receptionen kl. 21.00 og fik et værelse på hjørnet af 10. etage, jeg kom ind på værelset med en duft lugt og en frygtelig sort myg uden aircondition værelse, straks vi to par nede til venstre lobbyen og receptionen anmodede om at skifte værelse, receptionen gik for at skifte en sagde opgraderede en suite for os, at bo på værelset på 17. sal, værelset er åbent er lyst og smukt, men desværre er hans værelse Aircondition utilstrækkeligt, jeg sov hele natten med min bærbare blæser, så jeg vil ikke bo på dette hotel igen næste gang!

Dette er et ældre luksushotel. Det bringer minder tilbage fra 1990'erne. Det er ikke langt fra Luohu Port og kan nås på omkring 10 minutter til fods. Servicen fra receptionens personale var gennemsnitlig, og det var lidt svært at finde min ordre, hvilket tog et stykke tid. Værelset ligger på 18. etage og vinduerne vender ud mod en smuk udsigt over floden. Værelset er stort og udstyret er gammelt, især badeværelset. Men for at opfylde moderne standarder er der i det mindste stik og USB ved sengekanten og gratis internet. Det er meget stille om natten, og du kan sove godt. Samlet set er pris/ydelse-forholdet ret godt.

Trip site reflected that 5 stars rating. Checked in and noted carpet with stained, bathtub dirty and door cannot even locked. Requested to check out but was charged a night.

I parked my car in hotel and walked to the border in 10mins. Just the case it's difficult to drive to and out the hotel since the road outside hotel is traffic all the times. picture is the view outside of my room, very nice.

Spacious room with bathtub. Location is convenient near to louhu border crossing and transport .Staff very helpful and very accommodating to needs. Buffet breakfast is reasonable but not fantastic .

Location is very near the HK-SZ border only walking distance from it. Clean Rooms & helpful staff .

The most important thing I like to stay in Felicity Hotel is because the bed sheet and blanket are super clean. Also, location is just 5 mins walk from Lohu border which is very convenient crossing to Hong Kong. Around have many restaurants that I can choose.

Felicity Hotel locates right next to the border in Shenzhen Luo Wo District, about 8 minutes walk after crossing the border. However, the walking bridges and pavements to the hotel are kind of old and need repairs. The hotel itself has a 7-11 convenient store right next to the lobby. The 7-11 is quite well stock and made my first day stay much more pleasant with various drinks available. Hotel staff are smiley and very helpful too. Hotel room is dated and some renovation could be used

Convenient location- 5min walk from the border. Nice and clean room. Definitely good value for money.

The hotel is very closed to the Lowu border. There are HK style cafes which opens very early in the morning nearby. The hotel offers Chinese cruisine and tastes very good. Also there is a convenient store inside the hotel. I like this idea.

Location: Right after clearing Luohu customs. Luohu MTR station is within 10 min walk from the hotel, so travelling to various places is easy. Cost: Cost friendly for no frills stay. Breakfast: Quite average, oriental biased. Others: Missed my free instant coffee packets, which I am used to having in my room. Only Chinese tea provided.

Difficult to get to the hotel from Lo Wu station either by walk or by taxi - bad traffic and blocking everywhere. Front desk made lot of confusion without any good explanation during check in. Staff asked for first date payment but we stayed for 3 nights - 2nd and 3rd date no need to pay but charged us 1st night which was prepaid all three nights during booking online. They told us will refund first night to us after we stay - doesn’t make sense. Too many confusion. Not happy.
