I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Shenzhen. Good Children facilities. The balcony is a plus, providing the perfect spot to relax while my baby slept. Truly a great stay!

I stayed in this hotel 8 years ago so I knew that this is a nice hotel with big space in the room. This time I took my kids with me and they love this hotel and the swimming pool. Of course it looks older than before, I just want to say some areas like the top part of the door, slide door in the bathroom need a deep clean. When I closed the bathroom slide door, the dust from the top fell down on my head. Also for the breakfast time, we need to queue up for a long time, understand that this is a popular hotel during the holiday time. Apart from that we still love this hotel.

Super convenient hotel located beside splendid China cultural village and Window of the World Rooms were huge and have big bath tubs. Great for soaking away stress after a long day. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious and lots of choices. Highly recommended for those who wish to visit the park as the hotel is just 2-3mins walking distance

My family, two adults plus two kids (3 and 5 years old), had a really nice one night stay at this hotel. Yuki and Sirius from check-in greeted us warmly. I had a few questions and they addressed all my concerns professionally. I also requested for bed guards and housekeeping sent them over with the friendliest smile. We stayed at a kids friendly room with two beds. The room is spacious enough for the kids to roam around while I unpacked our belongings. There’s a huge tub that fits all of us, a balcony with a lounge chair for us to chill in the breeze while munching on snacks / viewing the hotel’s outdoor playground and merry-go-round. The hotel’s well maintained and I’d say it’s kids friendly. The design of the outdoor and indoor play area have plenty of open-ended play facilities which I appreciate. They also have a “beach” with sand connecting to the outdoor pool, which btw is smooth and clean, so I felt safe to let my kids play there. There are also plenty of fish in the garden which the hotel allows us to feed and this made it extra fun! The water park wasn’t open during our stay and we missed the train ride (apparently I read the schedule wrong) so hopefully the next time we revisit this hotel we could give these a try!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Great pool and right on metro. We got a kids room to celebrate our daughter’s birthday.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental. There were kids activities, a merry go round, train, many play areas! Bathtub was huge, and all the staff were super attentive, especially Dafne at reception who made sure we knew all our package benefits and added a special "treat" for the adults :) Will definitely be back in the warmer months to use the beautiful pool!

Rooms: we got the older rooms unfortunately. Our friends got the new room which is more chic. Great breakfast though.

Service and facilities are good, sure, next year will come back. Particularly I wish to thank your reception staff Sunny who gave me a good service 👍

Our trip was to visit Splendid China, so the hotel location is perfect for this venue. The only inconvenience we experienced was with the hotel restaurant which doesn’t serve a la carte breakfast menu while my wife and I are not big eaters so we did not select the buffet breakfast. It was challenging to find breakfast spots near the hotel before 10:30am

Outstanding hotel. It really feels like a resort.  If you have young children they will love this place.  Perhaps the best water park area for children we have ever seen. The gym is a good size and located with a wonderful pool of the pool and garden.  The breakfast was amazing with a large assortment of Chinese and western food. And the coffee bar and fresh fruit juice bars are simply a perfect touch.  We have nothing negative to say about this place.   And the metro line 9 station is in front of the hotel allowing you to travel about town without traffic concerns.

Very spacious hotel, a balcony and good amenities. The swimming pools - indoors and outdoors - are excellent. The breakfast had a large selection. Staff are well mannered and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is perfect for families with great facilities to entertain little ones for a few hours. The service was excellent, and a special thank you to Dafne who was extremely welcoming when we first entered the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet also offers a wide variety of food with something for everyone.

It’s our third time to stay in this excellent hotel! The service is always nice. Special thanks to Ms Dafne Lopez for her generous help! This hotel is highly recommended for a family trip in Shenzhen.
