Very convenient location which is just about 500m walk from Shenzhen North Railway Station, just look out for McDonalds at Bingo Shopping Mall and it’s just a short walk away.
The stay was comfy and beds were fine. Facilities like washing machine is a plus point and I wished we stayed a longer time if not for our trip! Good space for my family of three with living room with sofa and fridge, one common toilet, one bathing toilet, two bedrooms and washing & dryer machine!
As mentioned earlier, there is a mall in the railway station area which we could get necessities and clothings easily and also a lot of restaurants to eat out!

Good place to stay for a night if you are taking high speed railway early in the morning the next day. It’s about a 5 minutes walk to the station. Toiletries are provided. There is also a washing machine and a dryer which is a great plus!

Hotel listed the room has 2 full functioning bathrooms . Only come to find out when you checking it and scan the code a message will be sent disclaiming only 1 bathroom works due to “因为当初开发商没有给一楼的浴室安装排水管” Everything else was great besides this . What’s listed and what it actually is is highly misleading.

T'he location was great near the train station. Big appartment with good quality for the Price. Spacious and comfortable. We really recommend It.

If you are after location that is close to railway station after tiring journey, this is the one. The only thing is you have to travel a little bit further if going to the city. The hotel organizers are very helpful. There were smoke smells when we checked in, but after informing them, they came twice until resolved. Split level so you have more space downstairs, and can sleep upstairs.

I stayed with Davis Int apartment twice in the past few weeks. The major merit is it's excellent location. I have to go back and forth between Hong Kong and ShenZhen. Being close to the ShenZhen North Station is a big plus.
The hotel is clean. The laundry provision on site is a big convenience and my wife gives it a thumbs up. The hotel reception staff is very polite and helpful. Whenever you asked them for certain items, like additional towels, toiletries, etc, it will be delivered within 5-10 minutes.
I will certainly stay in this hotel again in the near future. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to my friends.

Avoid this Apartment, not worth living and worst services.
Expensive then others in same building.
Front Desk Staff not Soft Spoken, the Manager also tells his own Rules,
they not value the customer even you stayed very long with them.
such in-human Behaviour. trip must double check this type of listings
0 star attitude.
