Good value for money overall, although the apartment is a little shabby. The swimming pool is also in disrepair. The electric tripped simply by using the kettle, which meant no WiFi an that i couldn't have my important online meeting. Late reply on WeChat from the host in this situation. No apology given. No compensation. New appliances are needed. The whole apartment needs renovation. Nice view though!

Booked this hotel-style apartment 4 months earlier, they forget our order and need triple check on our order. Booked 2 rooms, and they said I only booked for 1 room. Need to double verify on confirmation letter to get my second room I was requested to extra pay for 200 CNY as cleanliness deposit, fortunately I get it back after I checked out. The hotel located inside an apartment, so there is no lobby or counter for check-in. You need to contact the owner for check-in Luckily we have wechat contact with owner, and they were very responsive, reply our message quite fast The apartment is protected by a gate, and they doesn't provide a card to open the door, sometimes we need to wait for other residents owner to open the door for us, if the guard is not there. By right they should help us to register our identity in policy center, but they didn't do so, however asked us to go the policy center and register ourselves. Which is very not responsible and unprofessional. Cleanliness is reasonable as a 2 star hotel, don't expect too much on the cleanliness. The door of the room is password protected. The password was turned into invalid on the second day, we need to contact with owner to get new password.

The best part of the hotel is the location and the building manager who is very kind and helpful! Close to malls, shops and tourist attractions. For the cost, it is actually bigger than expected and spacious inside! Nice view of the mountain. Comes equipped with cooking utensils. Ayi does not clean every day unless you ask for it but simple enough to message on WeChat or do it yourself. The worst part about the apartment are the cockroaches which come out, especially at night, regardless how much one cleans or places bait traps. To be fair, not sure if it’s just a general problem in that area. Other drawback was the bathroom because there is no shower curtain or block to stop water spreading, again it seems to be a Shenzhen thing, most bathrooms seem to be like that. It’s inconvenient because everything gets wet and you will spend every shower, mopping (thankfully, a mop was left in the bathroom). Another problem was the leaking bathroom sink and toilet, so always water on the floor. Bad smell in the bathroom because of it or dirty pipes. Might be worth repairing. Also, although advertised with outside swimming pool, it is not free so expect to pay to use but not bad at 20 kuai. Overall a decent enough stay. I was very grateful to Mr Tang who helped me a lot during my time there.

The room is tidy and clean on good location. Near is Decathlon and Walmart. The subway is only 7 minutes by walking and three station from local attraction Sea world, where you can find many good restaurants.

Very bad experience . The guy was too annoying he kept saying you will never get such a good and nice place at this price.

Ужасный отель, самый худший отель в котором когда-либо я был. Грязно очень. Пришлось отказаться и мне вернули деньги.

非常不錯，周圍環境很好，有很多商業，沃爾瑪購物廣場，花園城，茂業百貨，書城等，吃的東西很多，老闆熱情，服務及時！

第一次帶爸媽來這邊玩，環境很好適合一家人出來玩，環境也好周邊設施也齊全，體驗非常好，要是以後有機會還來這邊玩

黑心的老闆，黑心的老闆，太坑人了，我是2023年12月12日下午2:00左右開的的酒店，最後我的行程有變給酒店打電話一直打不通，打了五六個電話也打不通，最後我就取消訂單了，那酒店強制不給取消，最後我人都沒去，給我辦理強制入住，那酒店老闆給我打電話態度很不好，説訂了就沒辦法取消，就這樣沒住人也沒去扣了我194元，你説鬧不鬧心啊

服務挺好的，主要是空間大，離地鐵站近一些

衞生還可以，比起酒店略差。但是價格實在，而且房間比酒店大很多。因為是公寓式的，服務略差，自力更生吧。風格不錯，佈局像是家裡一樣。家電比較全，可以自己做飯。馬路對面就是沃爾瑪，買東西很方便。

環境：還可以，衞生也還可以
