Booked this hotel-style apartment 4 months earlier, they forget our order and need triple check on our order. Booked 2 rooms, and they said I only booked for 1 room. Need to double verify on confirmation letter to get my second room
I was requested to extra pay for 200 CNY as cleanliness deposit, fortunately I get it back after I checked out.
The hotel located inside an apartment, so there is no lobby or counter for check-in. You need to contact the owner for check-in
Luckily we have wechat contact with owner, and they were very responsive, reply our message quite fast
The apartment is protected by a gate, and they doesn't provide a card to open the door, sometimes we need to wait for other residents owner to open the door for us, if the guard is not there.
By right they should help us to register our identity in policy center, but they didn't do so, however asked us to go the policy center and register ourselves. Which is very not responsible and unprofessional.
Cleanliness is reasonable as a 2 star hotel, don't expect too much on the cleanliness.
The door of the room is password protected. The password was turned into invalid on the second day, we need to contact with owner to get new password.
