Mold growing on bedroom ceiling, quite a lot of it. Wanted to change rooms but was told that all rooms had some amount of mold growing there?

Very clean hotel, front desk staff was really helpful .
Convenient location with many restaurants, banks, and pubs. And enjoyed the night street food.

Room condition was fine considering the price.
The receptionist was very friendly. I visited from abroad, so the language was different and communication was not smooth, but she was very considerate. It was a good service experience. The location of the accommodation was very good. (There is a large shopping mall right below, so it was convenient.)

Nice enough apartments for the price, but I booked this for the gym and pool to Find that I had to pay extra for both which was crap. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known. They need to make this info more prominent.
The hot water was never quite hot enough.

The location is very good as it is on top of a shopping mall. The metro is within walking distance and there are a lot of yummy food all round.

公寓就在下沙站KK ONE樓上，地理位置很不錯，check-in要在8樓，本次住宿在23樓，屋內有洗衣機雪櫃，屋內有兩個房間，設備一般，屋內帶點煙味，但床單亦算乾淨，整體尚可，一家四口合用。
