I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated for travellers, offering the ultimate convenience of being right at the airport (just a 7 minutes walk from the gate with clear directions). What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Eric Chen and Molly were absolute standouts—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I had a parcel to send to my supplier, but as I do not have China mobile number, I was unable to send the parcel. Eric went out of the way to assist me by helping me to make the parcel booking with his phone. The staff dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices to suit any palate. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Easy access from terminal 3 by foot. Use gate 16 to reach the hotel.

Excellence airport hotel, just walking distance to terminal. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. My flight is 7:10pm, and the hotel receptionist kindly extended the late check out to 3pm. 👍👍👍😀

Excellent location for the airport, just 10 minute Dow the corridor on 3rd floor. The staff were very helpful and helped us to our room. Highly recommended

I have now stayed at the hotel at several occasions and every time the sane good impression. The evening Buffet is excellent and the Breakfast buffet is the same. Nice clean rooms and excellent front desk service.
