Perfect location, perfect shops bearby, clean, bug bed with window. Love it

I knew this is a budget hotel, so kept my expectations low. Location good, in a lively neighborhood, though it’s a 10 minutes walk to metro station (Shuiwan exit D has escalators, not exit C). Room was only partly renovated, walls with many stains & defects. Bed sheet unclean. Smelly bathroom with mildew in sink and old towels. Room does have a small window to an air shaft which I’m happy to see because room was described as windowless. Very noisy, I could hear all sorts of sounds from neighboring rooms, including bathroom noises and constant loud AC. Cleaning staff were fine but young man at front desk was most unpleasant.

This stay was even better in 538 because it was extremely quiet. I also like that check-in is quick and check-out is at 14:00. It leaves sufficient time to prepare and leave. Will definitely stay again.

Small room with all needed amenities. Very good location, in Shekou close to SeaWorld. Quite clean and very good price

This hotel was fine. The location was alright, there’s a healthy breakfast shop on the other side of the street and you can walk to the sea. The room was clean and didn’t smell of cigarettes. We did find a live cockroach, but we heard that that’s usual in Shenzhen and it wasn’t big. The staff was a bit unenthusiastic but they did their job :)

Excellent Service. Very confy beds. Although the bathroom towels had holes in them because they are so old.

Second time within a week. This kind is very disappointed! They said don't have my reservation..... When I show them my booking invoice. They kind of question my invoice booking numbers how come different ....

The check in was very smooth, the room was very clean and spacious enough compared to the price .

Some doors have windows towards road where resturant are located. It might be noisy, however I request the receptionist to change the room and they happily changed it. Many restaurants are around and it’s easy to get subway in 5-10 minutes walk.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and while there were some positives, the experience was mixed overall. **The Good:** - The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby, including a McDonald's across the street. The sea is also within walking distance, which is a nice perk. - Check-in was quick and efficient, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. **The Bad:** - Unfortunately, the room had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, as if someone had just smoked a full pack inside. This made the environment quite unpleasant. - The window didn’t open to the outside but to a hallway between rooms, which meant no fresh air could come in. This made it impossible to air out the room properly, exacerbating the stale and smoky atmosphere. - I’d strongly recommend that the hotel work on thoroughly airing out and refreshing rooms before new guests arrive. - The smoky smell was so intense that I had to wash all my clothes afterward to get rid of it. Overall, the location and check-in process were great, but the room's condition and lack of fresh air were serious drawbacks that need attention.

It's basic decent. It was noisy. The location was perfect though. Wish the staff spoke some English at least

The hotel is pretty decent. Its location is practical between two metros and there's a lot of bars and restaurants around.

The bedsheets were not clean. They had a bad admit smell.
