Our room has been upgraded to a business twin room. We are very happy at first however, when we got inside the room, it has a terrible cigarette smell which I cannot handle. The room light was very dim which made the room feel dark and the aircon was terrible. I immediately inform the front desk, and then she talked to her Manager to ask for approval. And Yes, we were moved to another room which is really great because no smell and very good room light. The breakfast buffet was okay. Highly recommended because the location was very good

Room clean. Good chinese breakfast. Very nice staff!!! They even send a free coffee to our room.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. We had great sleep and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! The breakfast was delicious and staff was so kind and helpful 😊 Thank you for everything!

this time really disappointed with staffs at the front desk ! no friendly no helpful as last time ! will not book again !

I'm here for 2 nd times ! The first was 3 months ago it was great so that the reason I'm here again but this time is so disappointed ! Staffs were not friendly ! They didn't speak English at all and not helpful as the first time ! So I won't come back again !!!!

The receptionists are very friendly and also very welcoming. there is also a robot that does room service for food deliveries. right above the subway station

Great location near to Gangxia Metro Station and can get access to other popular places easlly. The hotel bed is a bit old and find it hard to sleep on it, The room is a bit dim too and there are 2 bulbs not functioning during our stay.

I stayed here on a solo trip. The hotel staff were very kind. The room was nicely furnished, and considering the price, I was very satisfied. The subway entrance was right next door, so it was very easy to get around. There were also restaurants nearby, so I didn't have any problems. The only thing that bothered me was being woken up by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.

1.First night in 11/11/24  here was ok.  2. Checking in at 6pm for another 5 nights. Subsequent booking for 5 nights was given a small odd shape room. Wanted to modify on trip.com upon checking in on first night but all rooms fully booked.  3. Also upon entering room, there’s a smell or odour and housekeeping staff later came to change a floor mat saying the previous one was not changed for a month!!! 😳 4. Will try to modify room type tomorrow 15/11/24 on trip.com as it’s too late now to do anything.  5. This is my worst experience and I don’t think I dare to book via trip.com for Shenzhen hotels in future. Thank you.

The location is great. The hotel is close to metro, department store and exhibition center. Staff was nice and helpful. However, the sanitary need to be improved.

The hotel is greatly and centrally located. It offers a perfect price value. Only the room was a bit cold. But the very good service staff offered us a heating tower which helped.

This hotel was ideal for my 2-nights stay. It was ideally located, 6 minutes by foot from the nearest subway and mall, and about 20 minutes from the Futian Railway Station. The room itself was cosy and clean. There is a convenience store conveniently located right beside the hotel.
