The room is very clean and the location is excellent. However, the Chinese dinner cuisine included in the booking is a little disappointing. The choice of the main course is very limited. We chose the choice of 1 out of 6 which was sweet and sour pork. The dish was huge and we nearly couldn't manage to finish it. It would be better to have 2 smaller dishes instead of only one large dish.

Hotel room is clean and spacious and the concierge staff are helpful. The price and service provided in the Chinese restaurant are great. Overall the staying experience is excellent, will sure come to visit again soon.

the room was tidy and very clean. Good location and very convenience to access. Just adjacent to the MTR station. We have tried the dinner and breakfast buffet. Food was delicious with great variety. Will book again.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, The dining options at the hotel were also outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines to cater to every palate. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. they even upgraded our room to a bigger one as we are a loyal customer of this hotel Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shenzhen

No one at the reception could speak English. Therefore, my experience during check-in was bad. Additionally, hotel has no VPN which means that Internet is limited and you can't access Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and so on during your stay.

酒店工作人員態度熱情有禮，掃地的叔叔都會主動幫你按𨋢，我都回應講聲唔該，酒店房間整潔，燈光柔和，電視機可以收看到香港台、澳門台，房間插座有英式的，而且房間內已經提供埋充電線，好貼心，晚餐海鮮自助餐，性價比高，品種凡多，飲品有紅酒、氣泡酒、雞尾酒、啤酒、可樂、氣水，榴槤薄餅最好食，烤生蠔🦪任食，我食咗19隻，滿足😌！熱葷、冷盤都很多，還可以開鍋打邊爐，抵贊！早餐就無驚喜，雲吞和生滾粥還可以，生果沃柑好甜，總的來說，此酒店一千元以下包海鮮自助餐及自助早餐，還是可以再入住的。
