Fantastic hotel - very clean, modern & the location is excellent. Very easy to get to from the metro or train station. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic 👌. Great selection & amazing value. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!!!! My only regret is that I didn't book for longer!!!

Hotel is located at the east square of Shenzhen high speed station. It's actually called Atour Light. The room was like pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we were able to communicate using translation app. They helped me pick up a parcel from a locker which I'm very thankful. Only thing to note is that the bed is very firm. Their laundry facilities looked really good but I don't get to use them. Would recommend this hotel.

IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND because the name given on trip.com here is NOT the name of the hotel! It is actually called "ATOUR" and is UPSTAIRS above the helicopter platform.

復活節假期跟朋友上潮州玩幾天, 提前一天來深圳北站免得正日當天跟大群人迫呢! 今次找了這間酒店是阿朵酒店集團的, 酒店就在北站東2出口行3分鐘就到, 不過是在商場2樓, 在外面電梯一上就看到! 酒店還很新很乾淨, 因為假期前很滿房間都不多,前台服務員都很NICE, CHECK IN 時有講明因房間滿只有這款房間!
房間雖然窗不大但都有光能進來，感覺不算太差! 房間有2百多尺不錯, 乾淨整潔很好! 有足夠的電位, 床裖硬度適中不會太軟, 冷氣也很夠可以獨立調節, 浴室也大可惜坐厠不是免自坐厠, 但也很新淨的! 整個房間給我感覺不錯! 離北站也近是不錯的選擇!!!
酒店有洗衣房, 有專人負責, 可以寫下房號他們會幫你拿回房間給你! 很細心的服務! 另外因為酒店很新也在商場2樓, 叫**2個騎手都找不到呢, 不過前台服務員很好, 叫我們給騎手留前台電話, 她們幫我教騎手來, 最後由機器人送來! 很曖心的服務啊!! 讚!!!

《一次難忘的入住經歷：感謝那位天使般的前台姑娘》
我帶着5歲的兒子小宇來深圳遊玩，中午12點多拖着行李走進酒店大堂時，怎麼也沒想到接下來會發生這樣感動的故事。辦入住時，小宇一直蔫蔫地靠在我身上。前台那位扎着麻花辮的姑娘（後來知道她叫時玖）細心地發現了異常："小朋友是不是不舒服？"她這一問讓我突然意識到，小宇的臉紅得不正常。 "能借個體温計嗎？"我聲音都在發抖。39℃！這個數字讓我腦子"嗡"的一下。我們剛到這個陌生城市，醫院在哪都不知道，丈夫又在外地出差... 就在我手足無措時，時玖已經快速從櫃枱裏拿出退燒貼："姐，先給孩子貼上。"更讓我沒想到的是，她主動説："我陪您去醫院吧。" 去醫院的路上，小宇燒得直説胡話。時玖一邊幫我拿包，一邊輕聲安慰："姐別擔心，這家醫院我熟，很快就到。"她的聲音像定心丸一樣讓我稍稍平靜。掛號時我慌得連身份證都找不着，是小雨幫我填好所有資料，取葯時也是她跑上跑下...直到小宇掛上點滴睡着，我才發現已經下午3點多了。回到酒店後，沒過一會兒她又送來熱騰騰的粥跟雞蛋羹，還有特意給小宇買的卡通退燒貼。床頭還放着便簽："需要幫助隨時撥打前台電話，24小時有人值班。—時玖" 第二天退房時，小宇已經退燒了。他把自己最愛的恐龍玩偶塞給時玖："送給最漂亮的姐姐！"看着孩子恢復活力的樣子，我哽咽得説不出話。作為母親，在最無助時遇到這樣的幫助，任何語言都顯得蒼白。感謝輕居酒店培養出這麼優秀的員工，感謝時玖像家人一樣的照顧。這已經不衹是優質服務，而是真正的雪中送炭。以後我們來這座城市，衹認輕居酒店！"
（後記：現在小宇每次路過輕居酒店都要進去找"時玖姐姐"，這裏成了我們在異鄉最温暖的驛站。）

超級棒的酒店，位置無敵而且非常好找，基本上下了車就進房間的距離😆去香港看演唱會簡直不要太方便。非常適合北站落腳出行，強烈推薦。
枕頭超級舒服，衞生也好，工作人員服務很棒棒，我來得早提前辦了入住升級了房間，下次還會選擇（要炫一下我鋒）
