Had a week stay in Orange. Hotel is very new with just about 2 months since opening hence cleanliness meets its standards.
Specially thanks to Brother Hua at the front desk for all his service and hospitality. A humbly hard-working gentleman! Appreciate your service rendered throughout our stay.

New hotel and very clean with a lot of different amenities such as free washing machine, there’s even a robot who will send up your delivery orders. Definitely will come back 10/10

This stay is better than the previous stay. Although perhaps the caliber of the guests were not as good this time. The room next door was smoking and the smoke will travel into your bathroom. People put their shoes into the washing machine and dryer. Another time people probably had a bag of snacking seeds left in their pants and left seeds all over the washing machine and dryer. But that's not really the hotels fault.

Convenient location and the room is generally new and clean. But our room had smoke odors. Hope the hotel will do measures to get rid of the unpleasant smell.

Please don’t have the taxi take you to the “Orange” hotel; you will end up in another hotel! Instead find the Pomelo Hotel in Apple maps for the correct hotel location.
There is a small walking street near by with lots of dinning options. There is a nice mall (with international food options) a couple of minutes away.
The hotel itself is new and neat. There are some ventilation issues which makes it impossible not to smell other guests smoking in their rooms (although prohibited). But after staying in ＞6 different hotel all over china I guess its a common Chinese thing (ignoring the hotels non-smoking policy).
Hotel could not provide wine glasses nor bucket with ice. Employees don’t speak English (but as always the translation app gets you where you need to be in terms of conversation)

We love Orange hotels for their consistency and great laundry machines. This one was no different. The location was a little far from the station but the walk wasn't too bad. It's a bit too short for a taxi but a little bit far for walking with luggage haha. We could've taken a taxi to the metro but decided to walk. Overall still a great hotel.

Really nice hotel everything is clean and the room was spacious. Very happy with her laundry facilities.
Needs some walking to food and shopping.
And I DiDI 10 mins to ShenZhen Bei station to get back to HK.

To find a hotel was pretty easy but you need to be careful as name is Pomelo hotel or on some maps Orange hotel. Check in process easy although with close to zero English spoken on reception. First room experience was nice clean room but ugly smell from cigarettes. 2nd room after short negotiation was better but still with traces of cigarettes. Crazy as hotel is fully non-smoking hotel. Well some customers are ignoring rules and without respect smoking around. Room itself is very clean, view ok, but nothing special, breakfast tasty and smell from ventilation repeats each and every day. Well hotel management must strictly requires non-smoking policy.
