This hotel is new and trendy. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. They offer us for late check out as well. Will definitely comeback next time if visit Shenzhen again.

My girlfriend and I got together with some of her friends to celebrate her birthday. As it was my girlfriend’s birthday, the hotel staff upgraded us to en-suite room which had a perfect seating area for our two guests where we could all sit to eat, drink, and chat. A special thank you to Bella, Yuki, Jason, and Shirley. Thank you for delivering our cake in person, instead of using the robot, to ensure our cake didn’t get lopsided. Thank you also, for going wethrough the trouble of going to the nearest convenience store and buying a lighter for us (we didn’t have a lighter to light the candles on the cake) See you all soon! 😊

The third time we stayed there. Will keep coming back. Everything is simply excellent. They let us delay our check out to 2:00pm.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that enhanced my experience. The stay was beyond our expectations. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Special mention to Bella and Miki (I hope I got their names right). The rooms were so comfortable for my 3 generational family. Location is further from Luohu, do take note if you intend to head there. Nothing didi can't solve for a ride.

The stay was awesome with a good scenic view due to being located on higher floors. Good breakfast and facilities. I enjoyed the full kitchen and cookware.

A new business hotel, which's located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Many taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is. Also, there's no space for you to park the car in front of the hotel lobby, so that you have to carry the luggage from the road outside to the hotel lobby, which's definitely inconvenient. In addition, the bed frame is fairly hard - if you prefer the soft one, this bed frame will definitely make you uncomfortable. The service of the Hotel is just normal, which's not really outstanding. If I come back to Shenzhen again, I will definitely choose another one with better rate.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The location may seemed out of the way from the other parts of Shenzhen town but everything is about 15-20 minutes taxi ride away, however I did enjoy the area as it was located next to a mall (did not explore much but there's mcdonalds, subway and quite some other restaurants; no shopping though) and lots of greenery and open area for kids to run around in the morning. Area is still developing so expect some constructions around (no noise in the apartment). Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I would have is that the toilet clogs easily (guest bathroom).

這次來深圳的八天七晚都住在了盛捷，起初衹是抱着試試的心態來的，衹定了兩晚，沒想到太滿意了續住了一晚以後不想搬，還想住衹不過沒套房了衹能去住兩個單間。 設施：我衹想説設施太完美了，全家五口人出來過年，孩子長者都在，就想選個兩室一廳，過年期間大家可以在一起看電視，吃東西，沒想到盛捷提供的東西給了我一個大大驚喜，超級全，直接在這做了年夜飯 衞生：每天都會有人來打掃🧹很乾凈完全不用擔心 環境：酒店在南山區，樓下就有吃飯的商場，周圍也有很多，離深圳灣萬象，萬象天地打車都在15分鐘的車距，唯一美中不足就是坐地鐵需要在門口坐一站公交車🚌，但是也很方便，主要它家是性價比最高的了，位置，設施，都是最棒的 如果你們也是親子，想選一個兩室一廳，三室一廳的就他家絕不後悔，真的很推薦

環境是五星級的，旁邊就是僑城坊，吃🍺非常便利。而且還給免費升級了房型，房間很大，廚房設備齊全，烤箱，微波爐，洗碗機都有，真的是除了吃的，其他餐具都不用帶了。很適合短租，家人朋友聚會，下次有聚會還去。服務也很好，聽説沒有排插，馬上就送了一個。非要説不足，就是早餐還可以再豐盛一點。

這家酒店很不錯，值得推薦！ 房間乾淨衞生，家用電器基本都有，洗衣做飯都沒問題, 酒店周邊配套也很齊全，樓下飯店很多。酒店人員服務熱情細心，前台Mia和Vivian給我留下了很深的印象。
