The place is clean n nice. The reception is friendly and attentive. Close to subway station n some dining nearby, incl Starbucks. The only drawback is that when I dialled around 1am for a knife, it took a long time for someone to reply. Others r all good.

Stayed for 4 nights, great hotel with convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is very new and the design is catered for modern life. Special thanks to Celina Guo who assisted our check in and check out.

Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. Bed was super comfy, decent size room and well maintained. Chambermaid extremely hardworking in keeping the room dust and odour free! Staffs are all extremely helpful, attentive and polite. Location is a plus point, just a minute walk from station!

It's a very good hotel. Good service and location and the staff are very helpful. The room is nicely decorated and spacious.

I had an amazing time in this hotel. From the staff at the front desks, everyone is so helpful. The staff at the gym showed me how to order swimming hat and goggles on ******* and personally brought it to us at the pool. The hotel is spacious and peaceful. My kids had an amazing time. I recommend this hotel for families.

Stayed for 2 days, a lovely and comfy hotel!!! Bed is super comfy! Nearly don’t want to walk out the hotel!

Super busy days during CNY day 2, almost can’t get a room at 3pm while we are waiting, luckily we finally got upgraded to suite room with plenty of space. Next day at the breakfast it has great variety of food offering and taste yummy too but the line up is a mess. The staff just ask us to find our own table, so it become so chaotic around 9am, eventually it was ok when we finish so I hope the team could have managed it better.

Very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the only disappointment to the kid would probably be the lack of bathtub. Will definitely come back again though.

Modern hotel with a good fresh style to it. I got the King Suite and the very large TV was fantastic to watch movies (you can connect your phone to it). Very spacious room, no bath but a very wide shower. I also took the breakfast option. Great buffet with wide range of asian and western choices. There was even some local delicacies which were delicious and interesting.
