Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed here, and overall, my experience was just okay. The hotel has potential, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the area of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found an item of clothing (an underwear) left in the washing machine, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel staff needs to pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is situated near to shenzen metro and there are many shops and restaurant nearby.

The place is close to many attractions. I would recommend it.

Location is not bad! They have a fridge in the room, which is very nice. The room size is okay, but not as spacious as they claim. The room was supposed to be 45 square metres, but the size was max 25 sq metres. Just one outlet in the room was working. They had an extension, but it was not working. The worst: was the extremely slow check-in. Very very slow and tiring check in.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the station. Perfect location and fantastic service! Highly recommended.

I would totally stay there again. It was in a very convenient location nearby the metro with tons of food and convenient stores around. The hotel room itself is well equipped for an extended stay. The bed is even more comfortable than I expected since I anticipated a hard, Chinese bed. It’s really hard to find fault with this place, but I did notice that there was a pair of socks left in the garbage bin so I can’t give it five out of five for cleanliness. However, I think that the room was very clean other than that

Overall the room is big, clean and good. But a little bit noisy even they provide the ear plug

very nice hotel with excellent staff, with excellent rooms! good soundproofing, the rooms are clean and everything is as in the photo! separately, I want to say for your sensitivity 小唐 哦 ,we forgot our shoes there when we were leaving and they immediately wrote to us about it and sent our loss by delivery! thank you, everything is at the highest level!
