Great location, hope the nearby construction completed soon

A hotel that offers excellent value for what you pay! Only troubles I found was finding the entrance, and being in the summer heat with a broken luggage case, it was not very pleasant. So, I advise travellers to read the instructions below to ensure an easy check in process. Don’t worry if you can’t speak Chinese, I can’t neither so you will be able to follow exactly what I write :) To find the hotel, get dropped off near the McDonalds (Longhua Minzhi Branch) which should just behind Coco City shopping centre. Do not give the taxi driver / Didi the hotel address because it will take you to the wrong side and I learnt this the hard way. Once you get dropped off, simply walk past the convenience to the far end apartment block and show the security guard your confirmation and he will let you through the gate. The hotel check in desk is found inside the apartment complex on level 5. The lovely staff will request for your ID and confirmation, and will ask you to add them on Wechat so they can text your room number and passcode. One last thing, they will provide disposable towels which I’ve never been a fan of, but it is a budget hotel with a very nice room so I can’t complain here.

It was an amazing stay. Good location and community. Satisfied!

1、雖然低層房間朝小區裏，不過噪聲不明顯，這個還不錯。 2、設施方面好像自動馬桶加熱有點問題，不咋熱。水龍頭轉換頭有點問題，不過不影響使用。 3、房間佈局也還可。 4、幫忙了延遲退房，還是比較感謝。 總體感覺還行。

地處龍華北站附近，交通條件便利；房間內設施齊備，環境整潔衞生，有大窗通風和智能馬桶，户型樓層高且安靜; 更有萬科物業對人員出入實施嚴格登記管理，用心守護住户安全。周邊還有一定商業配套，24小時便利店、麥當勞、星巴克下樓即達，推薦入住體驗。

深圳出差第一次選擇入住公寓，體驗非常棒，服務好，衞生也好，有小陽台，冰箱，入住體驗簡直拉滿了。退房也方便，重點表揚前台工作人員出門着急洗衣機裏的衣服忘記晾，想起來抱着試着的態度讓工作人員幫忙沒想到積極響應，真的是幫了大忙👍👍👍

這次入住體驗超出了我的期待！酒店環境優雅，設施齊全，房間非常乾淨整潔，佈置得十分温馨，細節處理到位。服務人員熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房都非常高效且貼心，讓人感到賓至如歸。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，味道也很棒。特別是酒店的位置非常便利，交通方便，周邊景點和商圈都很近。整體來説，無論是商務出行還是度假休閑，這家酒店都是一個極佳的選擇！一定會推薦給朋友，下次還會再來！

都非常意外的好。難得在深圳北站附近找到這樣管理良好，且乾淨衞生價格實惠的酒店民宿。 設施：非常齊全，熱烘乾衣櫃真的是大大的驚喜 衞生：非常好

兩房一廳既公寓式酒店，整體乾淨舒適的，廁所比較細，Check in比較麻煩要上公寓既10樓，不過酒店職員會俾清晰路線指引，所以都唔會好難搵，走去附近的商場大約只需10分鐘方便多野食

跟家一樣，乾淨整潔，居住環境也比較安靜，房間內啥都有～冰箱、洗衣機、電視（還有會員登錄著，想看啥看啥[偷笑]），甚至還可以做飯。挺適合長期住或者想要居家體驗感的uu 們～
