Good Convenient and clean but poor sound insulation

The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

This hotel is in a good location but very hard to find. Reason is because the name of the hotel advertised in Trip.com is different to the real physical name of the hotel (please refer to the attachment). Even we asked the police on the street, no one could provide good direction how to get there. In a way, this was cheating. Hope this can be fixed by Trip.com. Rest was ok based on the price we paid.

The location is a bit hard for us to access. The exact location is 龙园创展大厦, the entrance is at the rear of the building, just follow parking entrance will do. The reception is located at 5th floor, ROOM 516. Before that you need WeChat and internet to register as visitor at ground floor. This building is a mix commercial and apartment. Apartment is studio type. Doesn’t recommend to visitor that don’t understand mandarin, doesn’t have wechat, local phone number. There is a lot of restaurants opposite this building where you need to avoid during peak hour, Otherwise you will anticipate a long queue.

Located in a building, which the entrance is at the back. The staff will help u to navigate. The building that the hotel is located is in a great location. Excellent service too. Room is big.

Ms. Lai was so kind to send me the instructions on how to get to the hotel before I arrived. It's only about 2 min walk from subway. The room was big and cleaned. I love the big screen projector. I definitely thank the staff and will come back next time.
