Hotel is very new and clean and the view of the room is very nice! The service of the front desk is very good. The hotel location is very close to the metro which is very convenient for you to visit the travel spot nearby. I will definitely come back in my next trip.

Cove by Hyatt Shekou Cruise Centre is ideally situated just 300 meters from the ferry terminal, offering convenience for those arriving from Hong Kong. The newly opened K11 Mall is only 20 meters away, and Shenzhen Metro’s Taiziwan Station on Line 12 has four exits within 20 meters, ensuring excellent connectivity. The hotel staff provided seamless service, making check-in and check-out effortless. Despite arriving during a busy holiday week, our room was ready at 1:00 PM. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a tea set, which helped calm the kids. Their attention to detail was impressive, particularly Ms. Coco, who went above and beyond to assist us. She not only answered our queries but also helped us book taxis and provided guidance on various attractions in Shenzhen. Breakfast had a great mix of Western and local Chinese options. We initially booked a city-view room but would recommend the sea-view room for a better experience. The only downside was the absence of a swimming pool. Overall, the hotel’s prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable. If you plan to visit, opting for a sea-view room will enhance your experience.

We booked the SeaView rooms which are all very nice. The room amenities are clean and high tech with voice command system. We got our room on the 23rd floor. One of our rooms has got the smoke smell and Coco was very helpful in finding us a new room. As foreigners we couldn’t buy directly from the vending machine, Coco again was very nice to help us. Breakfast is very delicious and full in varieties.

If you’re coming to Shenzhen, this hotel is a must-visit. It’s conveniently located near the subway and the ferry to Hong Kong. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff even upgraded my room, which made my stay extra comfortable.

An amazing view in this hotel and thx Coco for the arrangement. Nearby new shopping mall will open in this end of April, sure it is more convenience for eating and shopping.

The location was a bit far for us but we really enjoyed our stay. Even though the staff couldn’t communicate in English, they tried their best to interact with us. Breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory. Planning to go back.
