Thanks Nanshan Shangri-la for giving us a relaxing vacation. The hotel is super nice for photos. We have taken lots of beautiful photos. The package includes a tea set which we enjoy very much! The waitresses are willing to help take pic for our families. And we also enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi! Remember to bring a swimming cap with you, or you need to buy it for $90. There is also a open gym which you can enjoy n relax yourself! Hotel is just 7 mins away from O’Plaza 歡樂海岸中心, our kids enjoy shopping n dining there. When we came back late n we order delivery at 11pm, the front desk help us to bring the food up to the hotel room. Their service is super👏🏻 Love it ! Nanshan Shangri-La for a great vacation!

much appreciated their services , from we stepped in the hotel staff fromm concierge, front desk, restaurants, wellness centers, gave us a warm hearted feelings. Especially their guest relation manager Allen Fu n front desk Rica Zhou, their politeness n helped very impressive. thank you so much they gave us a happy memories.

Alice service is very attentive and professional. She and her colleagues had arranged nicely for my birthday including beautiful bouquet and simple room decorations. Before my arrival, Angela is also helping the booking arrangement. The hotel design has wow us and the buffet breakfast is good. The overall ambiance and the experience is outstanding and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to Shangri-la for this great stay.

The service and room are excellent, especially the breakfast are so great! Friendly receptionist Ms. Julie Liu are very helpful.

There is no shower gel in one of the rooms that we booked. Also, one room has fruit, while the other doesn’t.

Had a fantastic 2-day stay with my family, including our 2-year-old. Great amenities, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere!

We had a great stay. Afternoon tea at the lounge was good. Food quality higher than expected. We were looked after by a dedicated customer service manager, Phillip Li. He was super helpful and gave recommendations on activities and transfer. Room was new. Bed was comfy. Great view from The room too! Will definitely go back next time!
