True Go Hotel

I am traveling to Shenzhen with my family! I happened to see that this hotel had a high rating, so I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! The food at the hotel is great! The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, from freshly squeezed juice to freshly baked bread, everything is exquisite and delicious. Especially the freshly made tofu pudding and the freshly wrapped wontons, they are unforgettable!!! The staff at the restaurant was very enthusiastic! The front desk lady is very attentive ~ If you come to this city, you must try the breakfast at this hotel, you will not be disappointed! There are many kinds of breakfasts, and they are all delicious. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, considerate, and always ready to help! I added WeChat to contact you, I will reply to any request in a timely manner, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the aunt is very polite, she will greet you when she sees you, I strongly recommend ~ I will come again next time!😁🫶🏻🫶🏻

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the facilities are complete and perfect, Qiu Guo is the hotel with the most humanistic characteristics that I have stayed in Shenzhen, When I came here, I felt the enthusiasm of the Chinese people that I had never experienced before. The service staff in the front desk also had a good level of education and could communicate with me in simple English, which made me a little surprised! I am so happy. Being in a foreign country where I can communicate with people makes me feel like home. Particularly happy. Praise the Autumn Hotels again. You guys are great!

This hotel is located a convenient location to cross Huanggang Port to enter Hong Kong. The overall stay was OK but was not what I expected of a 4-star hotel. The room was not as clean - with dust on the floor and fur/hair/dust on bed items like bed sheets and pillow covers. For a person with bad dust allergies, I asked the reception if we can have cleaning service to clean or a different room but they could not accommodate because the cleaning lady was not here. We ended up changing bed sheets and cover ourselves, and having to find the cleaning lady ourself the next day for room cleaning. Shoutouts to the cleaning lady, who had been friendly and helpful! No follow up from the reception staff the next day or throughout the stay at all. They also did not go over any amenities which I could use for free at my check-in at all. I never figured out where the laundry room was, which should be free per trip.com. How dare the staff asked for a good review on trip.com at checkout when you didn’t even provide a good service…
