The entire park relies on the Convention and Exhibition River. The hotel apartment is close to the south gate of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is about a 5-minute walk from the exhibition hall. Enjoy the geographical advantage. The apartment is 50 minutes' walk from Shenzhen Bao'an The international airport is about 30 minutes away by car, and the Guangdong Yanjiang Expressway intersection is about 3 minutes away. Metro Line 20 and Line 12 can directly reach the hotel (International South Station) and the exhibition. Easy access from airport. Little far away from the center of the city, but the transportation is convenient only seven minutes walk to the metro station. The area is quiet and beautiful for people like quietness is the place. service is great from front desk to housekeeping all very nice love to go back again if I can.

It's the second time we came to this location but was staying at a different inn last time nearby. The area is not a tourist spot. However, we loved the quietness and away from the other shopping locations and fir those who are flying out of SZ Airport, it will be great to stay here at least one night before a fresh start before flight. We really enjoyed our stay here, as it's truly valuable for money. We started out with one night and then extended for a second night. The only diferthan is staying at other locations in SZ is that there are not a lot of choices for dining.

I was happy with the location. it's near metro stops and very convenient for what I wanted.
Now this is NOT an apartment. They are advertising as an apartment but don't even have pots cutlery or plates also they don't have a fridge in rhe room. When I asked about it they said they don't offer cooking facilities. Which is odd as I selected an apartment for this very reason. But they did say I couldn't use the stove in the roomthat its not allow, so why they are allowed to advertise as an apartmentis beyond me.
Also, Check out is 12n, so I booked an extra day because my flight was at 1130pm. I informed them about 1pm on day of departure, that I would check out that evening around 6 or 7 pm, could I have my deposit back. I was informed I would only be getting it back on the day I was due to check out. After a back and forth conversation I told then I would tell Trip about this, they very quickly agreed to refund me.
While I had a bad experience. If you don't need to cook or keep anything cold and are going to the Convention centre(which is a few minutes walk away) it's a good location. Also which I didn't mind but if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you as its in the path of the landing strip

Прекрасный сервис у апарт-отеля , понравился дизайн комнат, много шкафов и полок, очень выручает стиральная машина, отличный напор воды. Но один минус все-таки есть: в некоторых номерах есть плесень из-за сырости, но я жил в разных комнатах и именно в этой это было, но если часто проветривать, то все будет хорошо, к слову говоря камаров здесь не так много, что удивительно, хотя река рядом). В целом я доволен, цена была очень низкая, поэтому я непомерно рад).
